Legendary hard rock icons Scorpions are set to make a triumphant return to the Las Vegas Strip in 2026 with their highly anticipated residency, Scorpions – Coming Home to Las Vegas. Celebrating more than six decades of music, the band will headline a limited run of shows at PH Live at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino from September 17 through October 3, 2026. Promoted by Live Nation and Caesars Entertainment, the residency will once again feature special guest Buckcherry, adding an extra dose of high-energy rock to an already powerful lineup.
This new residency marks yet another chapter in Scorpions’ enduring relationship with Las Vegas, following three previously sold-out runs at the same venue. Their earlier residencies, including Sin City Nights in 2022, Love at First Sting Las Vegas in 2024, and their 60th Anniversary residency in 2025, were met with overwhelming fan enthusiasm and global attendance. The band’s consistent ability to sell out shows in a city known for world-class entertainment speaks to their timeless appeal and their status as one of the most influential hard rock bands in history.
Frontman Klaus Meine reflected on the band’s return with unmistakable excitement, noting that their previous residency was filled with unforgettable nights and incredible energy from fans around the world. That momentum, he explained, made the decision to return in 2026 feel natural. For longtime followers and new audiences alike, the residency promises to be a celebration of music, memories, and the unmistakable sound that has defined Scorpions for generations.
The 2026 residency will feature a total of eight performances scheduled across late September and early October, with shows on September 17, 19, 23, 25, 27, and 29, followed by October 1 and 3. Each show is set to begin at 8 p.m., offering fans an immersive evening of arena-caliber rock within one of the Strip’s premier live entertainment venues. Tickets will officially go on sale to the general public on Saturday, February 21 at 10 a.m. PT, with multiple presale opportunities available beforehand, including exclusive access for Scorpions Rock Zone fan club members and Citi cardholders.
With a career spanning over 60 years and more than 110 million records sold worldwide, Scorpions have solidified their place among the most celebrated rock acts of all time. Their catalog includes some of the genre’s most recognizable anthems, such as “Rock You Like a Hurricane,” “Wind of Change,” “Still Loving You,” “Send Me an Angel,” and many more. These songs not only defined an era of rock music but continue to resonate with audiences across generations, blending powerful melodies with emotionally charged lyrics and electrifying instrumentation.
Founded in Hannover, West Germany in 1965, Scorpions emerged during the early wave of heavy metal in the 1970s, releasing their debut album Lonesome Crow in 1972. Over the following decades, the band rose to international prominence with landmark albums like Lovedrive, Virgin Killer, Animal Magnetism, Blackout, and Love at First Sting. Their success throughout the 1980s propelled them into arena-filling superstardom, fueled by a string of chart-topping hits and critically acclaimed performances. Tracks such as “No One Like You” and “Rock You Like a Hurricane” became staples of rock radio and live shows, cementing their reputation as masters of both high-octane rock and heartfelt ballads.
Beyond commercial success, Scorpions have received numerous honors and recognitions across the globe. They were ranked among VH1’s Greatest Artists of Hard Rock and have earned accolades including World Music Awards, Echo honors, and even a commemorative postage stamp in Brazil. Their cultural impact extends far beyond record sales, reflecting a legacy built on innovation, consistency, and a deep connection with their audience.
The residency’s home, PH Live at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, is one of Las Vegas’ most celebrated performance venues and a fitting stage for a band of Scorpions’ caliber. Located in the heart of the Strip, the resort is known for its modern luxury, vibrant nightlife, and high-profile entertainment offerings.
