Regal Cinemas at Boulder Station

After my experience tonight, I've decided not to return to this theater. The entrance was littered with garbage, and the auditorium itself was far from tidy. My seat was covered in popcorn and had a mysterious damp spot. When I inquired whether the theater had been cleaned, the staff informed me it hadn't been yet. Additionally, it was uncomfortably warm inside. It's disappointing as a Regal Unlimited member not to be able to enjoy this location for movies.

Just visited this theater for the first time and was impressed. The theater appears to have been refurbished recently, with very nice leather seats that still have that new smell. The facility was very clean, including the impeccable restroom. On Wednesdays, they offer a senior special of $5.00 before 5pm, although it's unclear if this special is available every day. The staff at this Regal Cinemas location at Boulder Station in Las Vegas needs to be better managed. I was shocked to see popcorn being sold for $20 when the soap dispensers in the restroom were all empty on a slow day. This forced me to miss part of my movie while I went to the front desk to ask for soap. The employees need to focus on their tasks and put their phones down.

Despite sufficient staffing, the General Manager at Regal Cinemas at Boulder Station in Las Vegas seemed overly focused on manning the concessions, which led to a power outage causing the audience to miss the rest of the movie. Despite assurances that the movie would resume, only background sounds were heard with no images shown on the screen. In an attempt to appease disappointed patrons, expired tickets were given out that could no longer be redeemed. This did not go unnoticed by the crowd, and one individual called attention to the issue. It was a disappointing experience for all involved. Happy Cinco De Mayo!

The theater at Boulder Station is clean and comfortable, with plush reclining seats that have convenient cup holders.

I was pleasantly surprised by the recent upgrades to this theater. It had been a while since my last visit, and I was impressed by how much cleaner and improved everything looked. I will definitely be visiting more frequently in the future.
