Fyrosity® Skydiving Center

Fyrosity operates its actual jump site at Overton Municipal Airport in Moapa Valley, not at the administrative address shown on some Las Vegas listings. First-time participants receive ground training and are attached to a tandem instructor for the aircraft ride, freefall, parachute flight and landing. Depending on the selected package and conditions, freefall can last up to about 60 seconds, followed by a five- to seven-minute canopy ride.

Participants must be at least 18. The operator posts a maximum weight of 220 pounds and detailed height-to-weight limits, discreetly weighs guests at check-in and may add fees near the upper end of the accepted range. Good mobility is required, including the ability to lift both legs for landing, so the published safety chart should be reviewed before buying a nonrefundable ticket.

Reservations are required and walk-ins are not accepted. The activity can take roughly two hours for one or two guests and longer for larger groups, with weather delays always possible. Summer jumps are generally limited to early mornings because desert heat and wind make later operations unsafe; other seasons allow a broader daytime schedule.

Base packages include instruction, required equipment, the aircraft flight and standard operating fees, while photo and video packages cost extra. This remains an inherently high-risk activity despite professional instruction, and the company's waiver and cancellation rules deserve careful reading before booking.
