Grand Adventures specializes in groups of roughly 10 to 12 guests rather than full-size coach loads. Its main options include the Grand Canyon West Rim with Skywalk, a seasonal West Rim sunset departure and a longer Grand Canyon National Park sunset tour, with complimentary Las Vegas pickup and return.
The West Rim itinerary includes the Skywalk, breakfast, a picnic lunch and a guided Hoover Dam stop. The South Rim sunset trip adds Route 66 and Hoover Dam photo stops before reaching Grand Canyon National Park. These are long days, and the sunset schedule means returning to Las Vegas late, but the smaller vehicle and guided walking reduce the amount of time spent organizing a large bus group.
Meals, admission and taxes are included on the highlighted tours, while gratuities and optional purchases should still be budgeted. Canyon weather can be dramatically colder than Las Vegas, particularly after sunset, so bring layers, sturdy walking shoes and sun protection regardless of the season.
