About Spa at Harrah's

The Spa at Harrah’s provides massage and skin-care treatments along with sauna, steam, whirlpool and relaxation facilities. It is a practical choice for Harrah’s guests who value convenience over the elaborate architecture of a destination spa.

Day-access policies and operating hours can change, and some services require advance booking. Caesars also runs occasional multi-treatment packages, including premium all-you-can-spa offers, but those promotions should not be mistaken for the cost of a basic visit. Confirm age requirements, facility access, gratuity and cancellation terms when reserving.

I gifted my mother with a massage treatment last week. Her therapist was Tasha. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly people at the front desk, but from there our experience went downhill. My mother explained to me that her therapist Tasha was rude and short with her. She didn’t seem to care about what problem areas my mom wanted treated and instead provided her with a rushed, painful, and uncaring massage. She also ended the service early, so my mom didn’t even receive her full 60 minutes I paid for. Overall it was a very bad experience, and I would suggest spending your money at any of the other near by spas on the strip.

During our recent visit to Las Vegas, my companion and I decided to book massages at Harrah's Spa. I called a week in advance to schedule an appointment, but was informed that I had to do so online. Despite being only six days away, I was told I could not make a reservation over the phone. As a result, we decided to book our massages at a different location, where we had previously enjoyed a positive experience. It was disappointing that we were unable to secure a booking at Harrah's Spa due to this policy.

Don't waste your time or money. Massage was so so, the time was cut short by 15 minutes and the clock was laying down when they left to room, in hopes we wouldn't realize. You're paraded through the fitness center in your robe to get to the massage room. No where does it state that the spa is not coed so if you're planning to go relax with a significant other you will not be able to. The entire experience was a disappointment. Front desk tried to be helpful but manager could not be reached. Overpaid for services that were not worth $5. Don't bother and leave the hotel to use a spa and enjoy your time and money somewhere else.
