About High Roller

The High Roller rises 550 feet above The LINQ Promenade, making it one of the easiest ways to see the scale of the Las Vegas Strip without boarding a helicopter. A complete revolution takes about 30 minutes in one of 28 glass-enclosed cabins, with the view unfolding gradually as the wheel climbs above nearby resorts and the valley opens in every direction.

Timing changes the experience. Daytime rides make the mountains and resort layouts easier to identify, sunset combines both desert and neon views, and after-dark cabins deliver the classic illuminated Strip panorama. Sunset and evening are the most popular periods, so advance tickets are helpful when a specific time matters. Prices vary by date, time and package.

The cabins are spacious enough to move around and photograph from different sides. The wheel normally rotates continuously at a very slow pace, although staff can assist with boarding needs, and wheelchairs and mobility scooters are permitted. There are no restrooms inside the cabins, so use the facilities before joining the line.

Standard rides welcome families, while Happy Half Hour and other bar-cabin offerings are restricted to guests 21 and older and may follow a separate schedule. The entrance is at The LINQ Promenade—not inside The LINQ hotel—and pairing the ride with the promenade’s dining and entertainment is the simplest way to build out the visit.

Travel light for the ride. The operator does not provide lockers or luggage storage, and large bags, suitcases and heavy items need management approval. Strollers generally need to be folded for boarding; confirm arrangements before arriving with equipment that cannot fold. Tell the team about mobility assistance needs when you arrive.

General admission means sharing a cabin with other guests. Buying several standard tickets does not reserve the cabin for your group, and you cannot simply hold back in the boarding line to obtain a private one. If an exclusive space is essential for a celebration, arrange a private-cabin booking and confirm the separate bar-service conditions before purchase.

The ride is about 30 minutes and the speed is very very slow, so its good even for people like me who are scared of heights. You can enjoy refreshments inside. Each pod fits quite a few people and its very safe and secure. The view speaks for itself!

The High Roller in Las Vegas offers the best views of the strip by far! It's a great value and I highly recommend booking your tickets in advance. Be sure to find out when sunset is and plan to be there at that time for an extra special experience. The ride takes about 30 minutes to go all around, giving you plenty of time to take some great photos. This is definitely a must-see attraction in Vegas!

For anyone who has never been to Vegas, the High Roller is a must-see attraction! It's not just a ride, but more like an Observation Deck on steroids. If you go in with the right expectations, you won't be disappointed. The High Roller is a marvel of human engineering and accomplishment that you have to experience before 5PM. This is definitely a bucket list item!
