K1 Speed Las Vegas

K1 Speed Las Vegas offers arrive-and-drive electric kart racing in a climate-controlled facility about five minutes west of the Strip. Adult karts can approach 45 mph, while separate junior machines introduce shorter drivers to the same basic format at lower speeds. A second, more technical track opened in 2025 with 15 turns and is reserved for racers who qualify for the adult karts.

Walk-in races run first come, first served and can involve a wait when parties or leagues are on the schedule. Current cash-discount pricing is $29.99 for one race, $53.99 for two and $69.99 for three; racers without an active K1 license also pay for the annual membership. Groups of eight or more can arrange reserved events instead of relying on the public queue.

Junior drivers must be at least 48 inches tall and adult-kart drivers at least 58 inches. Junior and adult classes do not race together, every kart is a single-seater, and final clearance depends on safely reaching and operating the controls. Minors need a parent or legal guardian to sign the waiver. Closed-toe shoes are required, long hair must be secured and loose clothing should be avoided.

The arcade, pool tables, air hockey and trackside Paddock Lounge give non-racers something to do and help fill gaps between sessions. This is especially useful for mixed groups, although children below the junior height minimum will be limited to the off-track activities.
