About minus5 ICEBAR

Everything from the seating and walls to the sculptures and cocktail glasses is made from ice in rooms held at minus 5 Celsius, or 23 Fahrenheit. Admission includes gloves and a parka, with faux-fur coats available in upgraded packages. Sculptures and themes change, and most guests spend about 30 to 45 minutes inside even though there is no formal time limit.

Current adult packages run from $26 for entry and standard cold-weather gear to $49 with two cocktails or $79 with faux fur, two cocktails, a digital photo, and a souvenir hat. Children ages 7 to 12 can visit before 9 p.m. with an adult and use packages from $19 to $29 with mocktails available. Other minors must also remain with an adult.

This branch is upstairs inside The Shoppes at Mandalay Place near Starbucks and House of Blues. It currently opens at 11 a.m., closing at midnight Sunday through Thursday and 1:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday. The connected warm lounge adds televisions and bar games after the ice-room visit.

This place was an absolute blast, and yes, pun intended! The entire setup, from the furnishings to the glasses, is crafted from ice. While I tried one of their signature cocktails, it was overly sweet for my taste, so I suggest opting for a different beverage. Also, consider bringing your own gloves, as the ones they provide are pretty ineffective at keeping your hands warm. With better gloves, we definitely would have stayed much longer to enjoy the chilly atmosphere!

I had a fantastic time at minus5 Ice Experience in Las Vegas! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and unique activity. The drink options were great, and I appreciated that they had non-alcoholic options available. The cups and many parts of the room are made of ice, which added to the cool atmosphere. I opted for the basic package with gloves and a coat, and paid for my drinks separately. Since I chose non-alcoholic drinks, it was a cost-effective choice for me. It's worth noting that kids are welcome until a certain time of the day, making it a family-friendly option as well. Overall, it was a really fun experience that I would definitely recommend to others.

The bartender at minus5 Ice Experience in Las Vegas was incredibly friendly and the drinks were top-notch. It was a fantastic experience overall. We were pleased to learn that the concept originated from Toronto, which added a nice touch of familiarity to our visit.
