Investing in myself never felt better. I indulged in a traveler's massage with David Silvaggio, who impressed me with his skills. Having been married to an LMT, I can tell when a massage is excellent, and David definitely delivered. He was mindful of my health concerns and made sure I was comfortable, all while being engaging and friendly. The spa offers great amenities, and I enjoyed sessions in the sauna and steam room, sipping peppermint tea and staying hydrated. Treat yourself and prioritize your wellness by booking a massage with him—you won't regret it.

The pedicure service at Oleksandra Spa & Salon at Treasure Island was top-notch. Elizabeth provided exceptional service with her sweet and helpful demeanor. She truly went above and beyond, and I was extremely satisfied with the attention to detail. Thank you for making my entire trip!

The experience at Oleksandra Spa & Salon at Treasure Island was decent for the price of a $25 day pass. Unfortunately, the dry sauna was closed during my visit, and it seems like it has been out of order for a while. The wet sauna was enjoyable, and the hot tubs were nice as well, although one of the pumps was quite loud and made it difficult to relax. Despite this, the overall atmosphere was calm as only a few visitors were present during my five-hour stay. The spa charges $40 for non-hotel guests, but they lowered the price to $25 due to the dry sauna being unavailable.

The couples massage was heavenly. We got the O Special and my boyfriend fell asleep during it because of how wonderful the massage felt. The paraffin was quite hot to the point it felt like our hands and feet were burning, but it's a fast sensation that passes quickly and cools down. I went with Orange and it made me feel very refreshed. Just a heads up, you will need to SCRUB your scalp and hair VERY well as the scalp massage included oil and its quite hard to get out. Wouldn't have changed anything!! 11/10.

I was in Vegas for Usher’s residency and wanted to get my makeup professionally done. I got the last appointment of the day, the receptionist was the sweetest!! I’m a visual person so I wanted to see the difference between full face vs face only once I got to the salon to see the difference instead of hearing it. That wasn’t possible and I felt like it was going to turn out bad. I didn’t have the verbiage or any true experience with professional makeup services. Liz took me back and it’s a nice space. Once in her chair I showed her a video of what I wanted and it was such a great experience! We had really good conversation and I was so pleased with her work. I felt so beautiful and natural 🤩 Great Job ladies and the concert was amazingly good!!! I cannot tell you how many times I was complimented that night!! 🏾

Despite the reveiws... I had a sweedish massage with William. It was THE BEST! the spa was clean and cheaper than all the other spas. I walked out completely relaxed. Amazing!!

Without a doubt one of Treasure Island's best-kept secrets, and completely overlooks the low Google or Yelp ratings. I was in need of a massage on my Vegas vacation and I was lucky enough to snag a 1pm appointment. The staff was so warm and friendly and informed us about me of all their massage types, with the therapeutic massage being super helpful for tight back and leg muscles. The facilities are stellar too - they have separate showers, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Plus, they have a couple of whirlpools, a relaxing area to wait and stream and sauna rooms after your appointment to really loosen up muscles. I was thoroughly pleased with the massage therapist - she worked on my forearm and I could feel the blood circulate throughout my head. It was absolutely amazing.

Absolutely excellent experience. Very calm and zen. Prices may be high but after my massage I wanted to pay for a longer session
