About SkyJump

SkyJump clips each participant to a descender system on the 108th floor of The STRAT, then sends them off an exterior platform toward a landing zone near the base of the tower. The cable controls the descent and slows the rider before landing, so the sensation differs from both freefall and a traditional bungee jump.

The experience requires a minimum height of 52 inches and a secure fit in the approved harness; additional health and participation restrictions apply. Closed, secure shoes are essential, and loose items must be removed. Wind or other weather can pause operations even on an otherwise clear day.

General pricing is typically above $100, with lower offers sometimes available to hotel guests or Nevada locals. Photos and video can add to the total. Reserve a time near sunset or after dark for dramatic city views, but remember that anticipation and check-in last much longer than the descent itself.

SkyJump in Las Vegas was an exciting experience! Though the organization at the opening could’ve been better, and we had a delay of just over an hour past our intended jump time, the adventure was worth it. Remember, there’s some resistance during the drop, so it doesn’t feel like a complete free fall. The real challenge is overcoming the mental hurdle when you're standing on the edge. Stay confident, and you'll be fine! The team at the peak is incredibly friendly and will give you a countdown before you leap! Don’t miss the video attached to this post for a complete view of the thrill. 👍

Highly recommend SkyJump in Las Vegas. I purchased a jump for my husband and daughter to celebrate his retirement. Although we had a small issue with my husband's jump, the staff quickly resolved it. Caleb was their jump "master" and he was fantastic. He made their experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a fun little adventure!

SkyJump in Las Vegas was a fun experience, although it wasn't exactly a freefall like I expected. There was some friction and it felt more like a fast repel down. Jumping was easier than I thought due to the tension in the cable holding you before you take the leap. The fall speeds you up to about 45 mph before stopping you abruptly at the bottom. I did notice that you need to be prepared to hit the concrete and absorb some of the impact with your legs. I saw one person trip forward upon landing, so be ready and keep your legs prepared. I was a bit worried about neck and back sensitivity, as there was some jarring motion throughout, but it was overall fairly comfortable. The harness felt secure, the jumpsuit kept me at a comfortable temperature, and I didn't need glasses to see and enjoy the descent with the wind rushing by.
