About Waldorf Astoria Spa Las Vegas

Waldorf Astoria Spa is designed as a destination within the hotel rather than a quick treatment room. Its elevated setting, restrained atmosphere and two-level layout create a marked contrast with the Strip below, while the menu spans massage, couples experiences, body therapies, facials, salon services and IV hydration.

The facility experience is a major part of the appeal, with spaces for heat, water and quiet relaxation surrounding the treatment program. Access policies can depend on the service booked and hotel occupancy, so guests who care about using every amenity should confirm what their reservation includes.

Summer hours in 2026 are shorter than the regular schedule, and advance reservations are especially useful for weekends. Prices are at the luxury end of the Las Vegas spa market; Nevada residents currently receive a weekday service discount with qualifying identification.

The Waldorf Astoria Spa in Las Vegas offers spectacular service and extraordinary amenities with a killer view. The entire spa overlooks The Strip and the mountains, providing a peaceful ambiance. From the jacuzzi to the Arctic Storm to the heated stone beds, every detail is meticulously thought out, including lids to keep tea warm and crushed ice on towels for cooling off. The attentive spa attendants ensure all needs are met, making the experience worth every penny. The treatment room is spacious and beautiful, although some occasional noise from the hallway may be distracting on busier days. The treatment itself is extremely relaxing, leaving skin feeling wonderful from the oils used. Accessibility may be a concern for some, with the jacuzzi requiring a few steps and no wheelchair lift in sight. However, the staff is accommodating and willing to assist when needed. Overall, navigating the facilities is manageable, with adequate room to maneuver and convenient charging options for mobility devices. Some minor adjustments in the lounge area could improve accessibility for all guests.

This was my fourth visit to the Waldorf Astoria Spa in Las Vegas and I noticed some changes post-COVID and renovations, but overall it was a familiar experience. 1. The Sky Bar, now called the Hotel Bar, no longer accepts reservations which can make it a bit challenging to visit. There wasn't a line after 10:30pm, but it was close to last call so ordering food and drinks promptly is recommended. 2. Unfortunately, the Zen Kitchen also no longer takes dinner reservations. While the sushi rolls were still delicious, some appetizers seemed to have shrunk in size. The pork belly dish, priced at $25, only came with three pieces. 3. The room and services were just as excellent as before COVID. We appreciated the daily cleaning service and complimentary water. However, there were some issues with the control panel for lights, sheets, and drapes. Perhaps it's time for an upgrade? Despite these changes, the Waldorf Astoria in Las Vegas remains our go-to hotel when visiting the city.

I absolutely loved my experience at Waldorf Astoria Spa in Las Vegas. I visited a couple of other spas while in town last week, but this one stood out as the best. The staff was friendly and the Champagne treat was a delightful touch. My therapist provided one of the best massages I've ever had, with a "long-flowing" technique that was pure mental heaven. The Ladies Lounge offered nice nibbles and tea, and the Quartz lounge chairs were incredibly comfortable. Although I'm not typically a big Jacuzzi person, I enjoyed it for a few moments due to the fantastic views. The prices were definitely justified by the exceptional experience. I only wish I had gone back for a second visit!
