The first five Neon City Festival headliners

Kaskade

Kaskade is deeply connected to Las Vegas dance-music culture. Where will the 2026 concerts happen?

The current plan uses four principal performance locations across a five-block footprint:

• Main Street Stage: Between Golden Gate and Circa at the west end of the Fremont Street Experience
• 1st Street Stage: Between Circa and Binion's
• 3rd Street Stage: Near Fremont Hotel, Four Queens and the D
• Downtown Las Vegas Events Center: A 120,000-square-foot outdoor venue a short walk from Fremont Street

The three Fremont Street stages place performances beneath or beside the Viva Vision canopy. The Downtown Las Vegas Events Center can accommodate as many as 11,000 guests in concert configurations and usually provides the most conventional large-festival environment of the four.

Why Neon City happens during Formula 1 weekend

The 2026 Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix runs November 19–21, with the race scheduled for Saturday night. Neon City begins on Friday, continues through race night and then provides a full Sunday of downtown entertainment after the Grand Prix has ended.

The overlap is central to the festival's identity. Formula 1 concentrates premium ticketed entertainment and road disruption around the Strip. Neon City gives people staying downtown—or visitors who do not have race tickets—a large free event during the same high-profile weekend. It also directs business toward downtown hotels, restaurants, bars and casino employees while the Strip is operating around the temporary race circuit.

Visitors should treat the two events as separate geographic zones. The race occupies the Strip, Harmon Avenue, Koval Lane and Sands Avenue. Neon City is centered several miles north around Fremont Street. Moving between them during active race hours may take considerably longer than the distance suggests.

Parking, bags and age rules: what usually happens

Several policies have repeated across the first two festivals, so they are worth understanding as likely planning patterns. They are not yet final 2026 rules.

Parking and transportation

Previous editions used paid downtown garages, casino parking and designated rideshare locations near Fremont Street. Prices and availability varied by property, while road closures reduced direct access around some stages. The Fremont Street Experience garage, Garage Mahal at Circa, city garages and hotel garages are logical options, but no 2026 parking rate or access plan has been published.

The easiest strategy is staying downtown and walking. Circa, Plaza, Downtown Grand, Golden Gate and Golden Nugget all place guests close to at least part of the footprint. Reserve early and read parking and resort-fee terms before assuming a hotel package includes free parking.

Bag policy and security

Past festivals allowed clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags no larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches, one-gallon clear freezer bags and small clutch bags up to 4.5 by 6.5 inches. Backpacks, large bags, coolers, outside alcohol, chairs, wagons, weapons and several other items were prohibited. Security screening and metal detectors were used at controlled entry points.
