Service at Golden Nugget in Las Vegas is top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and standard, although there are no fridges in the Carson tower. Plenty of water bottles are provided and room service is willing to bring more upon request. When the check-in area was crowded, we were smoothly moved to another desk to avoid the congestion, which was a nice touch. The front desk representative, who was celebrating a birthday, gave great suggestions for activities on the strip for our family. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would highly consider staying again in the future. 8/10 rating.

Golden Nugget is one of my favorite places downtown. I have been very lucky there. On my recent trip, I only gambled there. Both times, I hit huge major jackpots! I have also always enjoyed staying there. They have an awesome pool, lots of restaurants, and the rooms are nice. The only drawback is if you have a room that is closer to Fremont Street. Those rooms are very loud until 3:00 a.m.

I really like this hotel. But they really need to have a bathroom for people who use the gym!!!! It’s absolutely ridiculous that we have to go all the way down to the casino just to use the bathroom in the middle of a workout. I have never been to a gym that didn’t have a bathroom. It’s the most odd thing. Obviously whoever decided to close the bathroom to a gym does not work out! Open the restrooms in the spa for gym please!

GN is our favorite casino downtown. Great atmosphere. Decent gaming. Good food. I didn't stay there on this excursion, but I have in the past. The rooms were nice. Cool place on Fremont Street.

My husband and I were stuck on the freeway which was backed up for miles, so we decided to jump off downtown to get some breakfast at the Golden Nugget. It has been years since we went there and it was quite an “Old Vegas Style” treat. We went to the Claim Jumper and the food and service were good. The Hotel was still charming and we completely forgot about the shark tanks and the slide tube that runs through it and drops you into the swimming pool. So cool! The nice thing about the pool area is that it is on the center of the hotel surrounded by the building. You will only have direct sunlight overhead for a limited time and be shaded the rest of the day. So if you explode in direct sun as we do with our fair skin this is a perfect place to hang out. There is a bar and lots of Chairs and seating available - and sharks. Don’t forget the sharks. Lol. Had a great time and enjoyed the food. Stayed there long enough for the freeway to clear then headed home.

I would have given a full 5 stars but during our stay we rented lounge chairs at the hideaway there, 21 and over pool. Everything was great until it wasn’t. The winds picked up and we were forced to leave. I messaged the property 3 times asking if we would be reimbursed for our remaining 2.5 hours and got nothing back. Everything else was great!
