Our stay at Harrah's Las Vegas was fantastic! The rooms were spotless and fully equipped with all the essentials. The VIP team impressed us with their courtesy and efficiency. The food court offered a wide variety of choices. On the casino floor, the drink service was prompt, and we enjoyed chatting with the friendly servers. Having visited multiple times, we appreciate how the staff never fails to recognize us. There’s a great selection of machines and tables to choose from, and the hotel hosts some incredible shows. If you’re there, make sure to catch Colin Cloud’s performance!

This hotel is ideally located at a great price point. Navigating from the lobby to the rooms is hassle-free, and having a Ben & Jerry’s right by the elevators is a delightful bonus. However, the accommodations and service leave much to be desired. Our bathroom was short on towels for a group of four, and even after two requests, we never received the extra one. The bed linens were worn, with visible holes. The parking area suffers from a shortage of elevators, causing delays. Additionally, several amenities typically offered in other hotels were absent: no luggage rack, microwave, mini fridge, or breakfast service. Essentials like Kleenex, makeup remover, lotion, and information for complimentary items were missing as well. Furthermore, direct access to Caesars was unavailable.

I was quite let down by my stay at Harrah’s Las Vegas. The location is fantastic—right on the Strip and conveniently located near the Caesars Convention Center—and the staff was friendly. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations. To begin with, the bed sheets were noticeably worn, which is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one situated on the Strip. The bathroom was also problematic. The shower design led to water spilling all over the bathroom floor, even when using a towel mat. Moreover, there was evident mold in the shower and bathroom area. The amenities provided were insufficient. The bathroom had two shampoos and one conditioner, without any body wash. There was no lotion either—only a single bar of hand soap. Given the price and reputation of this establishment, I anticipated a better experience. The positives were the prime location, the amiable staff, and the enjoyable time spent in the casino. However, due to the cleanliness and room issues, I would opt to stay elsewhere in the future. I've included photos to illustrate the conditions I encountered. I plan to choose a different hotel for my next visit to Vegas.

Stay away from Harrah's Las Vegas! This was truly the worst experience I've encountered at a hotel. The absence of a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator was just the beginning. The room was unclean, with a stained balcony door that seemed never to have been wiped down, and bedsheets that had a noticeable black mark. Housekeeping failed to service our room for three days, leaving us in an unclean environment. Adding to these issues, the shower lacked a door, leading to a water-logged floor and several near slips. The lack of a complimentary breakfast left me questioning the $50-a-day resort fees, especially when compared to more luxurious resorts offering superior service and amenities at similar rates. I am shocked that this place continues to operate. I definitely feel cheated by this experience.

Disappointing Stay Upon check-in at the front desk, I was asked if I wanted housekeeping service, to which I agreed. Unfortunately, during my four-night stay, I only received housekeeping once. After contacting the front desk to address this, a housekeeper was sent, but they only dropped off towels and toilet paper. Despite informing them I’d be stepping out shortly and would like the room cleaned, they never returned. I reached out again to express that my room had only been cleaned once during my stay. The hotel room lacked sufficient towels, especially considering the extra needed due to the shower design. Without a door, the shower caused water to spill all over the floor. Additionally, the room was less than satisfactory, with a large stain on the floor and a missing chair for the vanity. To plug in the vanity light, I had to crawl under the table. Plus, the charging ports by the bed failed to hold the charger properly in place, requiring me to shift the mattress to keep it connected. The pillows were filled with feathers that often protruded and caused discomfort. Lastly, the view from the room was disappointing, consisting of pipes and rooftops of nearby buildings. Based on this experience, I wouldn't choose to stay here again nor recommend it to others.

5 stars for the amazing service from Judy at the front desk! She was incredibly kind and welcoming. Our check-in experience was excellent and set a positive tone for our entire stay. We did encounter an issue with the hot water, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, our stay was wonderful. The location is fantastic!
