I hadn't visited Mandalay Bay since THE Hotel first opened, but my recent trip for a work conference left me very impressed. The convenience of mobile check-in meant no waiting in line upon arrival. With approximately 15 diverse dining options, from high-end restaurants to fast food, every place we tried was satisfying. The gaming floor is as expansive as expected, but what's noteworthy is that it didn't feel crowded—machines were well-spaced. Additionally, the air quality was excellent; I didn't notice any smoke, thanks to their efficient ventilation system. Drink service was exceptional, and the staff consistently went above and beyond. The pool area is fantastic as well. Definitely planning to return!

Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas offers an upscale atmosphere and sophisticated decor. However, during a visit, two friends experienced the theft of their bags in the food court. Unfortunately, the security staff was unable to assist without a police report. The hotel prides itself on luxury, but certain practices felt a bit exploitative. For example, requesting a set of plastic utensils costs $13. Additionally, the use of the fridge requires an extra fee of $50 per day. Be cautious around the mini bar, as moving any items—even if not consumed—can incur charges. Housekeeping could use improvement. A piece of hair was left on the shower wall for the entire 7-day stay, and the ice bag was never replaced. The shower floor, which features a pebble design, did not feel clean and had a residue-like texture. Overall, while the hotel boasts a lavish setting, some aspects of service and cleanliness were disappointing.

My recent stay at Mandalay Bay was truly unforgettable. The hotel is absolutely stunning, and I particularly enjoyed dining at Citizens restaurant for breakfast and House of Blues for dinner. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch. As expected in Vegas, prices were on the higher side, but the view of the pool from my room made it all worth it. The only slight inconvenience was that the escalator was out of service for 2 of the 4 days I was there, which was challenging for my companion with limited mobility. Despite this small hiccup, I had a fantastic experience at Mandalay Bay and would highly recommend it to others looking for a luxurious stay in Vegas.

The rooms at Mandalay Bay were satisfactory, with a stunning view of Las Vegas. The hotel's location on the Strip was convenient for walking to nearby attractions. However, many room amenities, such as coffee, required an extra fee. The display of snacks in the room was motion-activated, so touching or moving items would result in charges to your room. Overall, prices for items at the hotel were quite high, such as a $25 bottle of Fuji water. On a positive note, the pool was impressive in size and provided a fun experience for guests.

Mandalay Bay is a really nice hotel. We stayed at the Delano and found that the signage to specific places like the pool and check-in was not great. We tried several restaurants on the property and while they were all good, they were quite pricey. The Michael Jackson One show was excellent. Overall, the customer service was fair at best.

Guests commented that the rooms at Mandalay Bay were satisfactory, but my experience with valet parking was less than ideal. It took an hour for two attendants to bring up my car, which had no issues, after valeting it. I had to visit the help desk twice to inquire about the delay for just one vehicle. Additionally, the valet adjusted all the mirrors and seats in my car, even ones that didn't need to be moved, which was unnecessary. While the building itself is beautiful, the quality of service fell short of my expectations. Service is a crucial aspect for me when evaluating a stay, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service at Mandalay Bay.
