The room we stayed in at New York New York was quite nice overall. We chose a Soho room with a corner layout that featured an "L"-shaped window setup, providing a view primarily focused on the pool and T-Mobile arena. However, the room could use more electrical outlets. It was clean and offered ample space. Unfortunately, the ice machine nearest to our room on the 10th floor was out of service for a portion of our visit. On the bright side, the elevators were fast and consistently available. The hotel boasts a wide variety of dining options as well. One downside was the $1 charge for a single cup of tap water. Also, the pervasive smell of smoke extended beyond the casino area, suggesting potential issues with air circulation or purification; it was more noticeable here than in other casinos we explored. On a positive note, we appreciated that our room was ready for occupancy ahead of the standard check-in time. The bag storage service at checkout was straightforward and convenient. Our stay from Tuesday to Friday was reasonably priced.

This hotel deserves a 5-star rating thanks to its convenient self-check-in and key retrieval system. Arriving close to midnight, we found this feature incredibly helpful. The stay exceeded my expectations: the room, including the bathroom, was spotless, and the bed offered great comfort. Moreover, the location is as ideal as any spot on the Strip.

This is my go-to place to stay in Las Vegas. The rooms are wonderfully themed, clean, and modern. There’s a plethora of activities to enjoy just within the hotel itself. Conveniently located between MGM, Excalibur, and The Cosmopolitan, it offers easy access to everything via pedestrian bridges with escalators. It's undoubtedly my top choice for accommodations. The mountain view is stunning.

This hotel boasts a stunning appearance both inside and out, with an inviting atmosphere upon arrival. However, there are a few significant drawbacks to note. Firstly, ongoing construction makes navigating the parking structure confusing, as there are minimal signs to guide you. Secondly, the check-in staff were generally not very welcoming, a sentiment that, unfortunately, persisted throughout the stay, save for a few exceptions. Thirdly, despite the hotel's vast size and multiple elevators for different towers, there was a lack of signage to assist guests in finding their way. Landmarks often became the method to navigate the space. Fourthly, the rooms left much to be desired. They were small, with uncomfortable beds featuring a noticeable ridge in the middle. The bathrooms appeared outdated with no modern upgrades, and the toilet ran for most of the stay, with the front desk suggesting a temporary fix of "shaking the handle." While the room met basic cleanliness and needs, it did not justify the cost. Lastly, the casino offered an entertaining and inviting experience with a variety of games. However, the experience was marred by inconsistent service from the bartenders. Some were friendly and skilled, while others fell short, and overhearing negative talk about other staff members was off-putting.
