Pros: New York New York in Las Vegas has a great location with fun stores and a really enjoyable arcade. The hotel offers lots of good quality restaurants and plenty of photo opportunities throughout. It is also easy to access other hotels and shopping in the area. Cons: The rooms are in need of a thorough cleaning, as the carpet appeared dirty and we found a used condom beside the bed. Despite our concerns, the front desk did not handle the situation well and acted as though it was not a significant issue, even though we were a family with young children. Overall, if the hotel addresses cleanliness concerns and improves their customer service, I would consider giving them a higher rating. These issues are serious red flags that need to be addressed.

This was my first time staying at New York New York and I was happy with my stay but a little disappointed with a couple things. When we got there, they had a Golden Knights game going on and it was a little confusing getting into the parking structure. The workers were very helpful thankfully. Not thrilled that there were no signs about an out of order escalator on the way into the lobby. Dragging suitcases down the stairs could have been better if I knew about the other elevators. Check in and check out was not a very good process. There were plenty of people when I checked in on a Sunday afternoon but leaving on a Sunday morning was incredibly slow. Sadly, I could have used the express check out but I was never told how to exit the garage on my last day. FYI - keep a room key with you if you paid for parking. There is a deposit box after you get out at the gate in the parking structure for it. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom fixtures had a couple loose handles. They worked though. GOOD STUFF - The workers I encountered were very nice. Plenty of food options. The location and view are fantastic! Loved the ambiance of the hotel. Very cool areas to explore! The hotel always seemed to be active - it is after all, the City that never sleeps! Paying for parking gets you into other MGM parking structures - great perk! Overall, this hotel was very worth the stay and I wouldn't mind coming back.

Great location and very nice hotel and resort. The casino had a good vibe. Lots of good restaurants to fit most budget needs. The room was clean and spacious. Mobile check in was convenient however it usually gives you the less desirable rooms.(aka, lower floor) overall, love my stay. Stayed here many times and will continue booking them.

Finally stayed here for the first time ever. Was impressed. Room was nice, as it was recently renovated. The room had windows on two sides and the view was great. Everything about the room was nice. Plugs everywhere. Bathroom was small but nice and great water pressure. Elevators were quick and easy. Our room was close to check in and parking garage. Overall it felt super convenient. Similar to Park MGM but just a bit better. The casino is smallish but had nice newer stuff but a lack of the game king games I prefer. Bar gaming was nice but the best spot we found was the high limit room. Great service and some good luck in there. We'll definitely be back. Great experience.

Best hotel, location, and size for Las Vegas. We stay there as often as we can when we go down once a year. I recommend this place because they have one of the best restaurants and the vibe is amazing! I’ll see you soon New York New York.

Long line to check in. We ended up checking in via the app. Which was long as well. Mobile key didn't work. We tried to get a physical key next to the elevator but it was jammed in on the only machine near the elevator. We had to walk back to the checkin counter and use those machines. Room was nice. The ground floor is nice too. Right next to Dolby live which is nice because we had a show there.
