The room at Palace Station was pleasant, and the Chinese restaurant was a highlight of the visit. I had reserved a non-smoking room, but upon arrival, I was informed that my booked room was unavailable. They offered me a different non-smoking room with a view for an additional $15. While unexpected situations can occur, I was disappointed that they didn't make additional efforts to accommodate without extra charges. This experience influenced my decision to give a lower star rating.

Classic. I've been visiting Palace Station for over a decade, and it continues to draw me in. The location is excellent, the rooms are fantastic, and the variety of table games and slot machines is outstanding. Plus, it boasts the best oyster bar in the city. Highly recommend.

During a recent stay at Palace Station in Las Vegas, I had a delightful experience. From the moment of arrival, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room, though a bit dated, was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere contributed to a restful night. The location was also ideal, with numerous nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I would certainly consider returning on my next visit to town.

As frequent visitors to Palace Station, we enjoy the Cinebarre, which offers a great experience. The bar is nice, though a wider selection of alcohol would be a welcome addition. The restrooms are generally well-maintained, and it's commendable that they provide free tampon and pad dispensers, although they were empty during our visit. Hopefully, they restock them regularly. The casino features plenty of slot machines and other games, and there are numerous dining options ranging from sit-down restaurants to fast food.

Great stay. Clean and quiet. Visited over the weekend and pleasantly surprised at how serene it was, even though it was fully booked. The pool was well-maintained and had a family-friendly vibe. It’s just a $12 Uber ride to the Strip, making it an excellent choice for those seeking peace and quiet without breaking the bank. Highly recommend for a relaxing Vegas getaway.

I had read some negative reviews about being placed in a smoking room when booking through Hotel Tonight, so I decided to call the hotel beforehand to request a non-smoking room due to my child's asthma. I was told that the hotel only has one smoking floor and was currently only one-third full, making the chances of getting a non-smoking room quite high. The staff member advised me to book through Hotel Tonight and then call back to put in a medical request to ensure a non-smoking room. Upon check-in, despite the medical request, I was assigned a smoking room. When I mentioned my prior call and was assured I'd get a non-smoking room, I was informed that I could only switch to a non-smoking room for an additional charge. Essentially, even though non-smoking rooms were available, I was given a smoking room because it was the cheapest option. Reluctantly, I decided to pay the extra charge due to my child's health needs. Additionally, the room lacked a mini fridge; having one required an additional fee, unless you were staying in an "executive room." The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The throw on the bed had a suspicious white stain, and one of the beds had a fake eyelash on it. In short, if you prefer to avoid these kinds of issues, there are certainly better hotel options out there than this casino.
