I've stayed at the Westgate in Las Vegas multiple times and have always enjoyed my stay, but this time I was disappointed. I had issues with the shower and heater in my room and despite informing the front desk, nothing was fixed when I returned in the evening. In addition, my room was not cleaned and I had to request towels and body wash, which took an hour to receive. The next day, my room still was not cleaned and I was told they no longer clean rooms. For the price we pay for a hotel room, it is disappointing that basic amenities like a clean room are not provided. Overall, I was really let down by this experience.

Westgate in Las Vegas is a great value option just off the strip. The property is close to the strip and has a monorail stop attached. While some rooms may be older, there are renovated options available. Upgrade to a Lanai Room for a large patio with direct pool access. Rooms also come equipped with a fridge and microwave. The buffet is not the best and closes early at 2pm with no dinner service. Overall, Westgate offers clean and comfortable rooms at a great price, making it a good choice for budget-conscious travelers. Why spend more when you can stay here?

I'm one of the owners of Westgate. I had the worst experience in this place. The room looked nice, but the shower and the bathtub didn't work. I had a cold shower for 7 days, and the bathtub was leaking and made my room flooding. They only cleaned one room when I had 2 bedrooms villa. They charged me for breakfast and didn't apply to the credit I had. The guest service/reception was hopeless, and they just didn't even care. This place had no customer service what so ever. Finally, when I checked out, they charged $100 to my credit card for security. I'm confused... I checked out. I'm so ashamed how this place operates. I brought a guest with me and their first experience of the United States and had to experience the horrific stay in this place. There was so much drama with no help. I suggest not coming to this hotel. If you do, make sure to check the room where the shower has hot water working. Good luck.

Our rooms were disgusting oil stains on curtains and what looked like dried boogers on our sheets. The first night we had absolutely no water, the other room we got they found make up brushes that were not ours! and razors!!! from the previous people before us. House keeping went into our room and didn’t get the trash by the door and only made our bed didnt change any of the disgusting sheets. We wrote a complaint and did not receive anything like no one cared… We were promised 100$ gift cards for listening to the timeshare which was on a birthday that we were celebrating the whole reason for our trip and it took 4 1/2 hours when we should’ve been celebrating. 12-4:30 pm. and we’re told that they were grabbing our cards and yet we were shown out. I will NEVER stay here again and advise others to not. We got nothing we were promised and no one there cared enough to figure anything out. upon leaving we requested a bell hop cart to help us get our things down to the car, the lady who helped us was not nice at all we asked her to meet us up front so we can pull out money to tip her and she continued saying that we were not going to meet her up front then said happy new years to me in a very rude tone. We all honestly feel as though a half refund or something should’ve been aligned. we were treated horribly.

Hands down the worst hotel experiences in Las Vegas. Here is the story of my four nights stay: Day 1- I checked in and was assigned a room that was not clean. There was human waste on toilet seat. I went right back to check in desk and was ambushed by timeshare sales making it sound like they are offering apology and a $100 visa gift card which turned out to be a trap for timeshare sales pitch. They eventually assigned new room as if it was a routine to have dirty rooms assigned. No apologies or comp of any kind. Day 2-room was cleaned. Day 3- The room was not serviced and by the time I came back it was too late to clean. Day 4- Room was not cleaned again. Upon complaint, I was offered a $45 resort fee waiver as a comp and refusal to believe or check to see if the room was cleaned by the manager. Avoid staying at this facility at all cost!

We stayed here from Tuesday, 9/26/23 to Monday, 10/2/23. We did not get our room cleaned during this time because it’s kind of our thing. We had an amazing view on the 16th floor! Proximity to the Monorail was super convenient. There’s a ton of history in this complex! Loved the pool area but no outside foot or drinks are allowed (not even an opened bag of Cheetos!). Drinks and food at the pool were moderately priced, wish they had a few more selections (like a quesadilla). They have my favorite penny slot machine, Money Storm, I lost😭 I would absolutely stay here again, it was really nice! Never felt unsafe, or uneasy and the hallways were quiet which is a plus!
