The service at the front desk and valet was outstanding, and I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a king suite offering a breathtaking view of the sphere. The casino and resort maintained a modern and clean ambiance. A metro rail stop conveniently located right outside the main entrance made traveling to the strip effortless. However, the food options could use some improvement. The only casual dining choices are situated in the main sports gambling area at the back of the casino, where service can be slow, especially as many guests return after a night out seeking a quick meal. The food quality was just average. Despite this, I would happily choose to stay here again!

The staff at Westgate in Las Vegas truly stood out with their exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and personally guided to the check-in area. The luggage check-in employees were equally outstanding. Despite arriving early and needing to store our bags, the bell staff was incredibly patient and accommodating, handling our requests with kindness and efficiency. We've just settled into our room, and it's fantastic. We'll provide updates as our stay progresses over the next week. So far, it's been an A+ experience. Stay tuned...

The service at the front desk and valet was outstanding. I received an upgrade to a king suite, which offered a stunning view of the Sphere. The casino and resort are both quite clean and modern. Conveniently, there's a metro rail stop right outside the main entrance, making it easy to travel to the Strip. The only downside was the food options. The casual dining choices are located in the main sports gambling area at the back of the casino. The service there was slow due to the high volume of guests returning for a quick bite after a night out, and the food was just average. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Currently staying here for a tournament, and I wouldn't recommend this place. We certainly won't be back. The East tower elevators were supposedly undergoing maintenance for just the first day, but by Day 3, only one out of four is working, leading to very long waits. Our room's AC isn't working despite calling down twice and being told it was fixed yesterday. The in-room safe also malfunctioned, and we were told we needed to be present for security to fix it. However, they didn't show up at the agreed time, and when we rescheduled and left, someone entered our room to fix it while we were away. When we checked in, we were informed that we booked their nicest room. If this is their best offering, I suggest finding another place to stay. Furthermore, despite their claims of being kid and family-friendly, there are no dining options suitable for children at all. We chose this location because it's across the street from our kid's tournament and advertised as family-friendly, but it certainly is not.

Loved the very clean, spacious room and the comfy beds! The shower was fantastic with shower heads above and directly in front, plus a handheld spray. The bathroom was also very nice and clean, stocked with quality toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. And the view—absolutely thrilling! The spectacular view of the sphere experience building was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy the show as it transformed into different displays. Highly recommend this resort!

I gave Westgate in Las Vegas a three-star rating for its service. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the cleaning crew did not meet expectations. The room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke and the floor was littered with French fries from a previous guest. The shower leaked and the bathtub was dirty. Despite these issues, the rooms were a good size. When requesting a late cleanup, the cleaning personnel arrived with an attitude. However, the location of the hotel was ideal for our basketball tournament.
