Yesterday was an extremely disappointing experience at Boulder Station in Las Vegas. I lost $500 incredibly quickly—faster than anywhere else I've been! I tried four or five different machines, and all I got were empty spins. Not a single bonus came my way. And, for the record, I hold a high-ranking loyalty status. It feels like the slots at STATION CASINO properties are set against certain players, and the dice at the craps tables seem manipulated. I've suspected this before and even heard other players expressing the same concern! I'm so tired of the "house always wins" cliché! It feels like ever since Covid, things have been changing noticeably, probably due to your advanced technology. It's time to stop taking advantage of players and start offering a fair game! Additionally, your comps and perks are utterly disappointing. They're arguably the worst compared to other properties.

The team at Boulder Station really exceeded our expectations in making our visit special and unforgettable. My grandmother had the chance to reunite with her four middle school friends after 74 years, and the staff, particularly Danielle, went out of their way to make the occasion memorable. They arranged a private, tranquil area for a local news interview covering their reunion. Tom was exceptional in helping the ladies explore the sights on the strip. Boulder Station's security treated the group with utmost care, frequently checking in to ensure they were having a great time. The bell staff was also fantastic, managing the luggage seamlessly until transportation arrived. Overall, the staff was phenomenal and truly went the extra mile. The only feedback the group had was about room cleanliness—baseboards and tile grout could use more attention—and a desire for room coffee makers or complimentary coffee options beyond the Starbucks in the lobby. Aside from these points, the stay was enjoyable, and the staff showed remarkable kindness and attention.

I love staying at Boulder Station because I always get great deals as a players club member, and their rooms are impressively clean and have a pleasant fragrance. The customer service is decent, around a B-, and the Game-On sports bar offers tasty food. While I haven't had much luck with the slots, the comfort of the rooms makes up for it, so I consider it a win!

I chose Boulder Station for a special occasion and was initially anxious since it's not located on the strip. However, everything turned out to be fantastic. The food was excellent, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. When we reached out to the front desk a couple of times, they responded promptly and always with a smile. The atmosphere was incredibly comfortable, though we did notice there wasn't a microwave in the room to warm up our leftover food. The ribs and breakfast were particularly delightful. The celebrant had a wonderful time and was extremely pleased. Thank you, Boulder Station, for making the event memorable. This will definitely be my go-to spot for future visits to Vegas.

Boulder Station is decent. The parking lot can feel a bit sketchy, and the casino's smoke can be quite overwhelming. However, the poker room is good with really great staff and dealers. It would be better if they opened more 1/2 tables when the wait list gets too long. The dealers are both friendly and competent. Overall, I'd rate it 3/5 compared to other station casinos in the area.

Overall, my experience at Boulder Station in Las Vegas was disappointing. It took over an hour for our towel request to be fulfilled, a simple task that should have been addressed much sooner. The room was missing basic amenities: no slippers, no microwave, no safe, no minibar, and no coffee machine. To top it off, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. It’s evident that this place doesn’t prioritize cleanliness or guest comfort. Consider other options for your stay.
