If you're not a gold member, you'll be directed to a separate valet and then have to navigate through the entire casino with your luggage to check in. The line for check-in was quite long, and while waiting, the strong smell of smoke and loud music were noticeable. On the positive side, the room itself was pleasant, with a comfortable and quiet environment. However, there was no complimentary coffee, cream, or sugar for the coffeemaker—instead, you have the option to purchase three coffee pods from the minibar for $25. There are also no snacks available unless bought from the minibar at steep prices. Housekeeping services were minimal, and one staff member walked in by mistake, expressing frustration before leaving. To get anywhere, we had to make our way through the entire casino again to reach the valet. Room service was priced at $200, and no complimentary breakfast was provided. Finding cream for coffee was a challenge, and based on this experience, staying here again wouldn’t be a choice.

Had a night out at Caesars Palace Omnia Nightclub and it was truly unforgettable. The service was exceptional and the club itself is top-notch, with a huge main room, balconies, and a spectacular choreographed lighting system that will blow you away. The upper balcony offers great views of the strip and has its own DJ space and plenty of seating. There are also additional rooms for a more low-key club experience, as well as other musical and performance options. I highly recommend checking out this club for a night you won't soon forget - it's sure to be a memorable experience for years to come.

The rooms at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas are spacious, although some areas may appear a bit worn. The shower has a large size but lacks strong water pressure, and there seemed to be a shortage of towels. However, these are minor issues. The bed provided was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was quite large. Our stay began on a peaceful Wednesday but became increasingly crowded starting from Thursday. The hotel's location is excellent, with a fantastic casino boasting friendly dealers and a wide variety of slot machines. Additionally, Caesars Palace is conveniently situated near other popular attractions such as the Bellagio, Flamingo, and Paris. Although prices in Vegas are generally high, they seemed to have increased even further this time around. For example, paying $15 or more for a pint was quite steep for us. Overall, despite some minor drawbacks, I would not hesitate to stay at Caesars Palace again. I am already looking forward to my next trip to this hotel.

The Augustus Fountain View room at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas offers a beautiful view of the fountain and the southern end of the Strip. Some rooms may have obstructed views, but guests can still enjoy the spectacle by positioning themselves strategically. Despite the limitations of the view, the room is a great base for exploring all that Las Vegas has to offer.

Disappointing Anniversary, Birthday, and New Year's Stay at Caesars Palace Our recent stay at Caesars Palace was meant to be a grand celebration of our anniversary, my birthday, and the New Year. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a series of disappointments and frustrations. Upon checking into room 2009 in the Palace Tower, we were greeted with a torn pillow cover, a floor marred by stains, and a shower with damaged trim. The air vent was clogged with dust, and there was evident water damage on the ceiling, accompanied by a broken toilet paper holder – all signs of poor maintenance and housekeeping. The troubles continued when the safe, containing our money, malfunctioned, and it took a distressing 90 minutes before anyone arrived to assist us. These room issues were just the beginning. Our host was unresponsive, and it took days to get a call back, wasting valuable time during our vacation. As a gesture for our troubles, we were promised a complimentary limo to the airport. This was a relief until the limo never showed, and we were left scrambling for last-minute transport, further souring our experience. I had looked forward to a luxurious stay at what is touted as one of the best hotels in Vegas, especially during such a special time for us. Instead, we were met with negligence that overshadowed our celebrations. In a city that prides itself on exceptional service and unforgettable experiences, Caesars Palace fell remarkably short. I would be hesitant to recommend this hotel or consider staying here again in the future without significant improvements and assurances of better service.

The location was fantastic. With the scorching heat outside, we opted to stay in, and there was no shortage of activities within the resort. However, a major downside was the pervasive smoking throughout the property, which was quite off-putting. For that reason, I'm uncertain if I would choose to stay here again. One thing to watch out for is the minibar charges - we were accidentally billed for an item we didn't even touch. Although it was eventually resolved at checkout, it did add some unexpected hassle to our stay. Overall, we had a good time at Caesars Palace.

I typically stay at MGM properties when visiting Las Vegas, but decided to give Caesars Palace a try. I booked a room in the newly renovated Colosseum tower, but was disappointed to find that there was loud construction noise starting at 9am every day. I had no idea there would be ongoing construction during my stay and would have chosen a different hotel if I had known. I had minimal interaction with staff during my 5-night stay, as no one offered to help with bags or provide directions to my room. When I raised my concerns with a manager upon check-out, I was met with a condescending attitude when requesting compensation for the issues I experienced. Despite promises to adjust my bill and address the other issues, my charges remained the same even two weeks after checking out. If this is Caesars Palace's flagship property, I can only imagine what their other properties are like. Unfortunately, my experience at Caesars Palace fell short of expectations, and I will not be staying at another Caesars property again.

Recently had the opportunity to stay at Caesars Palace for the first time and it did not disappoint! The hotel's location on the strip is excellent, making it convenient to reach all the nearby attractions by foot. The room was comfortable and more impressive than other Caesars properties I have visited in the past. The dining experience was fantastic, with a standout meal at Joe's seafood. I would definitely choose to stay at Caesars Palace again in the future.

I absolutely love staying at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. It has everything you could possibly need right on the property. The central location is perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions. My room was clean and spacious, and the check-in service was quick and friendly. The convenience of this hotel is unbeatable.

Good hotel and value. We enjoyed out stay here as the room was spacious, the casino excellent, and the shops in the forum fun to check out. What we didn't love was the pool was only okay and the rooms were a bit dated. For the price we did prefer some of the other options but overall still a very good place to stay.

This hotel is beautiful! When you come inside you are amazed by the decoration and the attention to details. What about the room? They are terrific! We were upgraded from a Julius room to an Augustus room with Strip view for only $11 and it was worth it! Be ready to pay more for a coffee or pastries there. Prices are in accordance with the high-end status of the hotel.

The room was awesome. It overlooked the Bellagio fountain that had several different patterns. The hotel check-in was quick and the staff were very helpful. The statues and fountains were amazing. A lot to see. We didn't get to see any shows but maybe next time. There were a big variety of slots and smoking is allowed and most areas it wasn't bad since we don't smoke. We won some small jackpots and the staff was very quick to pay us. We look forward to staying there again

During my recent stay in Las Vegas, I visited Caesar's on multiple occasions. As a loyal Diamond member with their casinos, I've always appreciated the service I receive. However, this trip proved to be quite different and left me disappointed. On two separate visits to their food court, I requested a simple courtesy cup of water to take my necessary pancreas medicine, but both times I was told that they do not provide them. On one occasion, I was even compelled to purchase a $7 bottle of water, and on the second visit, I made sure to bring a small bottle from the casino floor. This policy feels rather disheartening and comes across as a money-grab in what is already an expensive venue. To make matters worse, I was informed that they had begun charging for coffee in the rooms. This added layer of expense only contributes to my growing dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, these experiences have left me with no desire to return to this property for future visits. The absence of a simple courtesy cup of water and the introduction of additional fees for basic amenities are contrary to the level of service I have come to expect as a loyal Diamond member. It's a shame that these changes have significantly impacted my overall perception of Caesar's in Las Vegas.

This place is amazing. From the time I walked through the front door, I felt the excitement of being at one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I knew my experience was going to be a blessed one and that it was. The front desk agent that I had was very pleasant and explained everything perfectly. I love all the things you can do…gamble, eat, shop, people-watch, have a spa day, swim in one of the many pools there. My stay was really awesome and I will definitely be back.

This is the best part of our stay in Las Vegas. As I traveled so many years in different places, I’m happy this place still keeps the routine of doing housekeeping in the afternoon, changing towels and collecting trash which none of other places would do anymore. It reminded me good old days. For this I give their services a five star. I booked premium room with very nice view and quiet, AC is great and quiet. Bathroom is fabulous. Spacious room. Above all, the price is very reasonable. I definitely will stay here again if I would ever come back again. It was super hot outside so we stayed inside the hotel, lots of fun things to do, Forum shops are great, we found most of the stuff we needed.

We have been staying at Caesars Palace every time we visit Las Vegas for more than 10 years. It still has the same awe inspiring atmosphere that it’s always had and never disappoints. The staff is always wonderful and the location is perfect. The only thing I’ve noticed on the past couple of trips is some of the rooms are starting to show just a little bit of wear. Even the most recent remodeled rooms. It’s nothing major but just those little imperfections that you don’t expect to find at this price level.

Caesars Palace has been my favorite Las Vegas hotel for more than 20 years and probably always will be. Walking in the front door, you get a hint of vintage Las Vegas vibe but also all the modern amenities you would expect from a 5 star Las Vegas hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the pool is the best in Las Vegas. You can't go wrong at Caesars Palace.

A beautiful hotel with the loveliest staff you will find in Vegas.

We walked around and saw about 20 hotel lobbies and gambling floors in a few days and this one is top notch. As expected it is very high end and the interior is beautiful. There are statues everywhere and the gambling floor is quite elegant. There is a mall attached to the hotel which houses really high end stores and for some reason a cheesecake factory. Overall a beautiful hotel. We did not stay here so no comment on rooms or service but it is worth a walk through the lobby and mall.

Absolutely amazing hotel! So majestic, clean and beautiful! Our windows looked out on the city and I can tell you that you didn't have to leave the room. The view from the window was amazing both day and night! I want to note that the beds are very comfortable, every day the room was cleaned, the bed was changed. We were with the kids, we wanted quiet in the evening and we got it in our room! It was absolutely quiet. Swimming pool and place around it were perfect for the relax!If we fly back to Las Vegas, we'll choose the same hotel.

My favorite hotel in Las Vegas. All of the rooms at Caesars Palace are much larger and more spacious than your typical Vegas room and the furnishings are clean and well-kept. They have a huge selection of bars, restaurants, entertainment, and gambling. It would be very easy to stay here and never leave. Of course, the Roman touches throughout the property are really cool to explore as well.

From the moment you enter the front doors, Caesars Palace is an experience that no other casino in Vegas can offer. Beyond the Roman architecture and beautiful art, Caesars offers clean rooms and the best staff in Las Vegas. My only complaint would be that the slots seemed a little tight, but I guess that's Vegas for you.

Caesars Palace is pretty amazing. Just the sheer size of the hotel is something to behold but every inch is true to the Roman inspiration. I haven’t stayed here yet, but it’s on my short list.

Caesars Palace is the coolest hotel in Vegas. Wynn and Bellagio are probably a tiny bit classier, The Mirage and Paris are a bit cheaper, but you just can’t beat the feeling of walking into the lobby and casino at Caesars.

Stayed here several times and have always been happy with service and amenities

My husband hit his first ever handpay jackpot so we'll definitely be coming back.
