Absolutely amazing stay! The only hiccup was having to wait until nearly 4:30 to check in, which felt a bit late given the price. The view from the GO floor is truly breathtaking and was definitely the best upgrade decision. It's convenient that they provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the restroom, which means one less thing to pack. The location is incredibly accessible to nearby attractions. While the hotel has an older charm, it's still a fantastic place overall. The text message service for assistance was incredibly helpful, and Ivy was really great. Definitely planning to return!

The casino and dining options were excellent, providing a great mix of casual and upscale experiences. Whether visiting for entertainment or seeking a stylish, comfortable retreat in the heart of Las Vegas, the Flamingo is highly recommended!

During a recent stay at the Flamingo Hotel over Christmas, I encountered exceptional service from a standout staff member, the Assistant Hotel Operations Manager. Despite some unfortunate interactions with other staff members, including a manager and a supervisor, this particular manager distinguished herself through her professionalism and dedication. She addressed my concerns over the phone with a genuine commitment to resolving the issues, which reflected the care and standards expected from the Flamingo Hotel. Her problem-solving skills and personalized approach made us feel valued as guests, a stark contrast to the indifferent treatment we received from other front desk staff. This manager's efforts are a testament to the valuable asset she is to the hotel team, and I sincerely hope her superiors recognize her contributions. Additionally, it’s worth mentioning that she provided me with her manager’s contact details, allowing me to express my gratitude directly. The Manager should be proud to have such a dedicated team member, as she truly embodies the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction.

Overall, I would consider staying at the Flamingo again if I found a good deal, but I would be hesitant to pay full price during high season.

My brother recently stayed at the Flamingo in Las Vegas, and his room was newly renovated and comfortable. Although I stayed at a different hotel, I visited the Flamingo numerous times. He enjoyed his stay, although the hot water in the shower took forever to come, and the water splashed out, leaving the floor soaking wet. The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including gambling, real flamingos to admire, dining options, and shops. The pool area is quite enjoyable, featuring a lively atmosphere with a DJ. There is also a family section for guests with kids, while the main party pool is exclusive to guests 21 and over, which added to the appeal. Overall, the hotel was clean and conveniently located.

We had an excellent, huge remodeled room with a beautiful view of the Sphere and the High Roller. It could not have been better or more convenient for our family of two adults and two near adults. The casino and dining are not high grade but they're decent and clean and the location is incredible. We walked everywhere. Would definitely stay again. Room amenities were sparse, the spacious kitchen area could have used a microwave

Had a fantastic stay at the Flamingo in Las Vegas. While the hotel is a bit older, it's very affordable and offers great value for the price. The staff was exceptionally helpful, and the housekeeping service was impeccable, keeping the room clean and fresh daily. The room itself was nice, bright, and comfortable—a solid basic hotel room. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bed was very comfy. The only minor issue was that the toilet was a bit hard to flush and got clogged easily. The location is perfect, close to the Linq Promenade and other conveniences on the Strip. Loved seeing the flamingos, birds, and fish on the property. The pool was decent, nothing extraordinary but certainly not bad. One tip: avoid buying drinks at the pool, as they are quite pricey at $16 for a seltzer.

We were able to secure early check-in and late check-out for a fee while they held our bags. We requested extra towels during our stay, which were promptly delivered to our room. The hotel's location on the strip is convenient, close to many attractions. I look forward to returning next year for another stay at Flamingo!

This hotel is not the newest, shiniest hotel in the strip. It is clean, it doesn't smell like smoke, and the service was good! We were able to get a mini fridge for snacks (+$20/night, but EVERYTHING in Vegas costs money). Our view from Rm. 17011 was INCREDIBLE! Fell asleep and woke up to an amazing views of the High Roller and Sphere every day!! We were close to EVERYTHING, and walked everywhere!! Easy transportation pick up area. Like I said it's not the newest casino/hotel, but it's a Vegas staple and was really fun to stay at!! Such a great trip!

I didn't stay this trip, but have stayed here and never had an issue with the hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, and pretty affordable. The location is one of the best, because it's dead center strip. I always stop at the little sidewalk bar and kick back with a drink (Blue Moon-this time), great relaxing patio, to sit and people watch, enjoy the warm weather and enjoy a drink. The bartenders are friendly and talkative if you sit inside, and the video poker has been pretty friendly! Nice little stopping spot if you are walking the strip.

The Flamingo boasts a wonderful theme and prime location on the strip, complete with ducks and flamingos on the property adding to the ambiance. However, my experience with check-in was less than stellar. The process took an hour due to the large number of guests, and we were initially directed to a virtual kiosk that didn't help. Despite booking adjoining rooms, we were unable to secure them and faced unexpected fees. For the first three days of my stay, my room was not visited by housekeeping until I called the front desk. Additionally, the bathroom amenities were lacking, with empty shampoo and conditioner dispensers and no body wash or hand soap provided. The pillows in the room were uncomfortably stiff and large, causing neck strain while sleeping. Check-out was another ordeal, with long lines and malfunctioning kiosks, forcing us to leave without proper closure. Overall, while the Flamingo's location and ambiance are enjoyable, the room issues and check-in/check-out process proved to be frustrating and stressful.

This hotel is pet friendly, which could explain any differences in room decor. The location and value of the hotel are exceptional. The parking is adequate, although the idea of paying for parking in Las Vegas is still a bit hard to swallow. The hotel's coffee shop is good, and the food court offers typical fast food options, free refills, and is open all day. The Mexican restaurant on site had very good food and service. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during this visit.

Additionally, asking for new towels resulted in an unexpected charge, and room service did not clean up the old towels. Thin walls made it easy to hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel offers cool views and is conveniently located within walking distance of everything you need.

The low price of the room made up for some of these shortcomings, but the terrible service left a lasting impression. Upon returning to the room at night, we discovered that no one had cleaned it. After contacting the front desk, we realized that we had been mistakenly marked as opting out of complimentary cleaning, although we were never given the choice. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating. After waiting nearly two hours for towels that were promised to us promptly, we decided to give up and go to bed. If the front desk promises immediate delivery of an item, it should arrive within a reasonable time frame. It appeared that our request for towels had not even been processed. After a lengthy wait, we did eventually receive the towels, albeit at an extremely late hour. While we now have towels for the next day, the delay was far from ideal.

I had a positive experience at the Flamingo in Las Vegas. The room cleaning service was satisfactory, with bed linens and towels changed regularly, but no maid service provided. The lobby service was good despite a long line, with only three staff members assisting guests even though more computers were available. The location of the hotel is excellent and the pools are fantastic, with great pool service, especially at the heated family pool. I highly recommend the Rupaul's Drag Race show - it was excellent! The friendly staff definitely make me consider returning in the future.

I appreciated the convenience of being able to check in and out digitally at Flamingo in Las Vegas. The staff at the casino were the friendliest and most personable compared to all the other casinos we visited during our first trip to Vegas. The bed was comfortable, the linens and towels were clean, and the rooms were quiet despite some outside noise. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of hot water for 2 out of the 3 days of our stay, and the response from staff was not as satisfactory as I had hoped. The room showed signs of wear and tear, with broken soap dispensers and faucet handles. Despite these issues, the location was excellent and I enjoyed the convenience of being connected to The Promenade. The Burlesque show was a highlight of our stay, and the Mexican restaurant on site was also a pleasant surprise. Overall, our experience had its ups and downs, but we still managed to have a good time.

Yes, it's the oldest property on the strip. Our room, a King high roller view, was clean and comfortable. Also had a mini fridge for our use. No issues with ac worked great. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had for the property directions and anything we needed. We will be back at the end of April in 24. We will book the Flamingo again.

Had a wonderful stay . Everyone was so friendly and helpful . Ivy was a Super plus in helping us get around and fine the hottest places to visit . The City is beautiful. Thanks Flamingo !!!!!

I love the flamingo. Some people really knock it. But you get what you pay for and this is a great, affordable option for Las Vegas. Go to Carlos and Charlie’s!! It’s the best. The rooms have always been clean and fairly updated in my experience (book a flamingo room). You can upgrade at the check in kiosk for cheaper than you can online!! I love the floor and how big it is. The pool is a party. It’s not the nicest hotel, but it is perfectly Las Vegas in my opinion.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower and tub were separate and the shower was super nice. Frosted glass and sliding door for the bathroom so not the best for privacy. The pool was so awesome and they have a 21+ pool which I definitely recommend.

People either love this place or hate it. We love it!! Never had a problem. We stayed in GO rooms to Suites, always clean and no problems. Not dirty like some like to say. The pool is one of the best in Vegas! Located dead center of the strip too!

I've seen rooms at Flamingo that look really nice, but the lower priced rooms are really a disappointment. Hardly any lighting and the furniture feels worn out. The location of the hotel is great, but I don't think I would stay here unless you are staying in one of their newly remodeled rooms.

I love staying at the Flamingo. The location on the Strip is unbeatable, and it's situated in such a way that it is easy to get to just about anywhere in Vegas. The casino and bar atmospheres are always so upbeat and welcoming. The decor is always brightly lit and pristine. Best of all, the hotel has a lovely garden near the lobby, complete with live animals, that is the perfect retreat. Moreover, the staff here is always super friendly, making for a pleasant stay. It's no wonder that this is still my favorite casino after ten years!

I visited The Flamingo and was dazzled by its opulent decor, multiplied by the numerous slot machines and table games. But what made the experience stand out above all else was the outstanding customer experience, delivered by team members reminiscent of a simpler era, when visitors were made to feel like honored guests. If you get the chance, I suggest you don't miss this opportunity!

Flamingo has probably the best location in Las Vegas and a great variety of dining and entertainment options. Some areas inside the casino are showing signs of age, but the rooms are awesome and the price is unbeatable.

We stay at Flamingo every trip and have never had a bad experience. It's clean, cheap, and has a really fun casino floor. The location is ideal also.

Flamingo is a flat-out good time. The rooms are affordable and honestly very nice. The casino is large and fun. It's right on Las Vegas Boulevard. And the staff is always great. Flamingo, Bally's and Tropicana are three of the best experiences on the strip.

I stay at Flamingo almost everytime I am in Vegas. It's super cheap, the rooms are actually really nice and within walking distance of everything. I recommend Flamingo anytime someone mentions they are going to Vegas.
