About Four Queens Hotel & Casino

Four Queens is in the center of the Fremont Street Experience, across from its sister property Binion's and surrounded by downtown casinos, bars, stages, and the nightly canopy show. The location is excellent for visitors who want to participate in the Fremont party without using transportation. That same position creates the hotel's clearest drawback: exterior music and crowd noise can continue late, especially in rooms facing the canopy or nearby stages.

The hotel offers newly renovated North Tower rooms, premium South Tower rooms of approximately 325 square feet, and a collection of larger suites. Renovated categories are the sensible choice for updated finishes, while tower and view selection can matter as much as room size for noise. Four Queens does not charge a resort fee, a rare and meaningful advantage downtown, but travelers should still compare taxes, parking terms, and room category when judging the final value.

The casino has a traditional downtown feel with slots, video poker, Silver Strike machines, table games, and a sportsbook. Dining is stronger than the hotel's price point suggests: Hugo's Cellar provides a formal old-Vegas dinner, while Magnolia's Veranda, Chicago Brewing Company, Wana Taco, a coffee bar, and casino bars cover casual needs. Live showroom entertainment and the entire Fremont Street program sit close at hand.

There is no pool inside Four Queens. During warmer months, registered guests can use the rooftop pool at Binion's across the street, which is suitable for cooling off but not a full resort-pool experience. Four Queens is best for budget-minded downtown regulars, gamblers, and adults who value location and the absence of a resort fee. Light sleepers, luxury travelers, and visitors seeking a calm pool vacation should choose another property.

We felt misled during our stay. When we inquired about a non-smoking environment, the receptionist couldn't confirm. Upon entering, the odor was overwhelming, reminiscent of an old tavern. The condition of the room was far from satisfactory. To make matters worse, our room packet didn't include a key, forcing us to return to the lobby, a journey of 18 floors, to rectify the situation. Friends recommended it because of the convenient location and absence of a resort fee, but that was the only positive aspect. The booming rave music outside our room continued until after 3 a.m., disrupting our sleep. Having booked in advance without the option for a refund, the experience was disappointing.

I snagged a Monday night stay for just $37, and I really can't complain! No resort fee, plus there's a 24-hour Subway right there. Situated on Fremont Street, it's a fantastic deal. It even has that classic casino aroma and vibe that I adore, lol.

My friends selected this hotel for a brief stay. If you're a fan of the downtown vibe, this could be a good choice for you. The room met our needs, and the staff were friendly. My friends appreciated the reasonable pricing. Personally, I prefer staying on the Strip and making a single visit to Fremont Street during a trip.
