Harrah's Las Vegas - A Caesars Rewards Destination

This hotel is ideally located at a great price point. Navigating from the lobby to the rooms is hassle-free, and having a Ben & Jerry’s right by the elevators is a delightful bonus. However, the accommodations and service leave much to be desired. Our bathroom was short on towels for a group of four, and even after two requests, we never received the extra one. The bed linens were worn, with visible holes. The parking area suffers from a shortage of elevators, causing delays. Additionally, several amenities typically offered in other hotels were absent: no luggage rack, microwave, mini fridge, or breakfast service. Essentials like Kleenex, makeup remover, lotion, and information for complimentary items were missing as well. Furthermore, direct access to Caesars was unavailable.

We found unfinished food in the fridge from the previous guests. We requested the receptionist to inform the cleaning team, however it has not been cleaned. The next day we informed the cleaning staff directly but again no action has been taken, moreover our rooms have not been cleaned at all during our stay. Overall, the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to the mark.

5 stars for the amazing service from Judy at the front desk! She was incredibly kind and welcoming. Our check-in experience was excellent and set a positive tone for our entire stay. We did encounter an issue with the hot water, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, our stay was wonderful. The location is fantastic!

Harrah's Las Vegas is a great hotel for the price. It is within walking distance to the sphere and right on the strip, making it very close to all the big casinos. The line to check in was a bit long, even after using the self-service kiosk. However, the room was clean and nice. The only complaint was the lack of a fridge, which would have been convenient for keeping drinks cold. A pro tip is to head to the McDonald's next door for cheap breakfast or coffee.

Stayed at Harrah's for Memorial Day weekend Friday through Sunday. The check-in process was smooth, allowing us to drop off our bags and explore the area before heading to our clean and spacious room in the Valley tower. The room had a nice seating area, large mirror, and a mini vanity, although the open shower design may not be to everyone's preference. Housekeeping was quick to respond to our extra towel request via text message. Remember to keep your key card with you, as it's needed to select your floor in the elevator at night. The only downside was the lack of attentive service from casino waitresses when playing slots. Make sure to bring cash for the machines, as the ATM charges a hefty fee for withdrawals. The hotel's location is ideal, close to the LINQ promenade, a short walk to Caesar's Palace and Planet Hollywood, or a quick Monorail ride to MGM. Thanks to a great deal through Caesars rewards, we will definitely be back.

Harrah's Las Vegas offers decent rooms that provide everything you need for a stay in Vegas. It's a solid mid-level hotel, and its prime location right in the center of the Strip is a major plus. There's plenty to do within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the area and easily return to your room.

We made two separate reservations for two nights. When we checked in, we were given a complimentary upgrade to the suite as a new member treat. The suite was great - had an amazing view on the 60th floor. Huge bathroom area, but the toilet had no vent. Amenities were just normal, nothing too fancy. Checking in and out was not fun - it’s a huge hotel, plenty of people and I suppose they were pretty fully booked for the holidays. We were told to check out by 11am the next day to switch to the standard room which was what we reserved. Come 11am, we brought all our bags and checked out and the front desk person was shaking her head, saying we shouldn’t have checked out and she didn’t have a standard room for us that was available, so she let us go back to the suite and said someone would call us when the room was ready but no one did. At 3pm, we called front desk and they asked us to come down again to get the keys to our room. So off we went, waited in line and then checked in. The standard room is super basic - no fridge, no coffee / tea, no soap. But the location is great, and the room’s not bad. Also, two out of the 3 elevators weren’t working and we had to wait a long time. If you’re on a budget, this hotel is acceptable. If you’re not, go somewhere else.

Reserved a king bed room but was given a room with 2 queen beds. Despite having a reservation, no king bed rooms were available upon arrival. The safe in the room was non-functional, and even after requesting a replacement, it was never delivered. The sink stopper was faulty, getting stuck in the down position, and despite reporting this issue, nothing was done. The showers have a half-glass, half-open design, causing water to flood the bathroom floor. The wallpaper in the room was peeling off, and the bedside lights were overly bright, with bulbs around 200 watts, making them unsuitable for nighttime. Will definitely choose a different place to stay next time.

Excellent location right in the center of the strip. The hotel is lively and offers affordable gambling options. The rooms are decent, although the air conditioner could use some improvement. One downside is that there was no box spring on the bed, just a piece of plywood which could be uncomfortable. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, especially if you're looking for affordability and a convenient location for attending events at the arena.

I would give Harrah's Las Vegas 4 stars because the rooms are very basic without a refrigerator, microwave, or coffee pot. It seems like they want you to buy food and drinks from their establishments. However, the hotel and rooms are very clean and the location on the strip is perfect. Plenty of parking available in the structure and the staff is friendly and helpful. The pool was fantastic as well. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The housekeeping staff at Harrah's Las Vegas is excellent. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, the lobby and the path to the elevators have a strong smell of cigarettes and various drugs, making it uncomfortable for non-smokers. The restaurants inside the building are not advisable for dining due to the smell as well. I found myself feeling sick during my stay because of the odors. Despite that, the location is great and the room rates are reasonable. This is a true story!

I was hesitant to book a trip to Harrah's Las Vegas due to a previous experience 2 years ago where I found the hotel to be old and run down. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements made since then. The room was newly redone and I had a great view of the new sphere. The food was excellent and I even had some luck with hand pays during my stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Do not stay here. My experience at Harrah's Las Vegas was absolutely insane. The room I was initially given had a overwhelming chemical deodorizer smell that made my eyes water and my nose burn within minutes. I had to leave the room for almost 4 hours to let it air out, but it was still unbearable when I returned. Despite calling the front desk multiple times, they initially tried to offer me a $30 food and beverage credit to stay in the same room. I explained that I just needed a room I could actually use, but it took an hour of persistence for a housekeeping supervisor to inspect the room and agree it was too strong. Eventually, I was moved to a different room that was musty but much more tolerable. With the pervasive smoke smell and overwhelming odors in the guest rooms, I am puzzled as to why this place receives more than 2 stars.

It was a room. Upgraded for a view of the strip but all I got to see was the back of the Harrah's sign. Would have expected a mini frig and coffee maker NOPE. Plus a shower door would have been nice. Was too happy about stepping out of the shower into the kiddie pool every day. Room service was good. Couldn't keep a consistent temp in room either.

Stayed here for a conference at the adjoining Caesar's Forum. While this hotel isn't terrible, it is unfortunately not great either. While the room appeared to be clean upon arrival, there were obvious signs of items not being cleaned (dirty air vent, marks and stains on the desk and floor lamps). The only available plugs from the bed were on the sides of the built-in bed side table. Given their location, the plugs were hard to access, and would not hold plugs securely. During my stay one of them even sparked, which could be a fire hazard given how close they are to the bed sheets, and it was a 50-50 chance the plugs would even work. I heard from several other conference attendees who stayed here that their room plugs also did not work, forcing one of them to charge their phone from the bathroom, as that was the only functional plug in their room. The wireless in the room is limited to just two devices, which I did not have an issue with other than once you've joined with a device it still counts toward your device limit even if you aren't connected to the wireless. As unlimited complementary wireless is available in the conference center, the device constraints do not appear in place due to capacity issues. Overall, despite the renovation, the hotel still has an old and outdated feel to it. It just doesn't compare to newer hotels on the strip like Mandalay Bay and the Aira, where I have stayed at previously. I have to agree with my fellow conference attendees in that if we return to Las Vegas for non-business reasons we would probably stay somewhere else.

It's fine. Stayed in the Mountain Tower. The vents are disgusting. Don't even look. I made the mistake of getting near the AC unit. It looks like a family of Fraggles are trapped in it. The bathroom vent looks the same. The shower doesn't have a door, so you are going to make a mess. There isn't a closet or fridge. Safe didn't work. Room was clean enough. There are better options on the strip but if the price is right this place is fine. I am sure if I took a suite it would have been nicer. Will choose a different location in the future. I have already booked Caesars Palace for December. Will update that one after.

The location on the strip is great but that’s about it. This hotel is filthy. Housekeeping is nonexistent. My room had crumbs on the floor, sheets were dirty. I had to have them stripped twice. Red stuff on the duvet. Housekeeper needs training. This is definitely an older hotel. I do love the technology for checking in.

Our stay here was nice, it was an affordable option right in the thick of the strip. Our room was nice but not as much of a strip view as I was expecting so that was a bit disappointing. The shower wall had some soap on it from the previous people so it could have been cleaned better but over all was clean. The coffee maker would put out sediment when we made tea so we didn’t get to enjoy a hot drink in the room. Overall I would stay here again, check in and out was fast and easy

This is one of the dirtiest hotels you hopefully never stay at. Unfortunately for me I have bee here for a week and I can say without a doubt I will never stay here again 1. Room are dirty, the old fashioned look is one thing but the random hairs all over the room really bothered me. 2. The furniture probably has never been wiped off since this place opened. It’s that dirty. 3. The “resort amenities” are a lack there of. The food hall closes early. The gym barely has working equipment. No heat to the outside pool, water temp is freezing for some reason. No jacuzzi on the property.

Harrah's is located near the center of the Las Vegas strip and offers really clean rooms for a very affordable price. We checked in a weekday and were in our rooms within 10 minutes of walking in the entrance. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and they had a much more modern feel than I expected. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend Harrah's to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

Stayed here for the first time last trip and was happy with everything from check in to checkout. Nice rooms, good restaurants, friendly staff and a great location. There are a few signs of aging in the hallways and elevators but overall great for the money.

Just got back from staying at Harrah's for three nights and was pretty impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. I usually stay at Paris, but didn't have comps this time so I thought I would try Harrah's, and I'm glad I did. The casino has a little bit of a dated feel, but for the most price, it's a nice play to stay. Great location too.
