Perfect Inn Motel is at 3045 East Fremont Street, several miles east of the Fremont Street Experience and well away from the Strip. The location is in an older roadside commercial corridor rather than a walkable resort district. A car or rideshare is necessary for most visitor activities, and travelers should assess the immediate surroundings and their late-night transportation plans before booking.
Reliable official information about the motel's current rooms and amenities is unusually limited. Lodging directories associate the property with basic air-conditioned rooms, free Wi-Fi, parking, and simple in-room conveniences, but exact features, deposits, and housekeeping policies should be confirmed directly before payment. Guests should not expect a casino, restaurant, spa, entertainment, or a resort pool.
This is a utilitarian budget motel, not a Las Vegas vacation resort. It may work for a driver needing an inexpensive overnight room in the eastern valley, but first-time tourists and anyone sensitive to room condition, neighborhood atmosphere, or limited service will usually be better served by a better-documented property closer to their plans. Recent guest feedback and clear cancellation terms are especially important here.
