We opted for a spontaneous family trip and usually stay with relatives, but this time we wanted a little escape for ourselves. My relative arranged for us to stay in a luxury suite with two queen beds, and it was stunning. The hotel surpassed all our expectations. Walking through it felt like wandering through a sophisticated museum with captivating art and history around every corner. It elevates the whole Las Vegas experience to something truly luxurious—sometimes you forget you're even there. Plus, the hotel's location is ideal, situated right at the heart of all the action. The suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a fantastic view of Las Vegas Boulevard, including sights like Treasure Island and the pools below. Everything went smoothly until we noticed our room hadn't been serviced, and we ran out of towels and other amenities. After calling housekeeping, we had to wait about 20 minutes for service. Perhaps a call before leaving the room would have avoided this hiccup, but it's a note for next time. Overall, I'd rate the experience a solid 4.5 stars. Check-in and check-out were exceptionally straightforward. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for a swim, and I missed out on trying the gym. Looking forward to giving that a go next time. We definitely plan to return. Many thanks!
The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort
The Palazzo is the more contemporary all-suite tower at The Venetian Resort, offering enormous rooms, a refined pool deck, major casino, exceptional dining, shopping, spa, nightlife, and excellent Sphere access.
About The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort
The Palazzo occupies the north-central Strip at Sands Avenue, attached to The Venetian, Grand Canal Shoppes, and Venetian Expo. Wynn and Fashion Show are across the boulevard, while Sphere is reached relatively easily through the resort's eastern side. The complex is enormous, so tower location and the route to a specific restaurant or convention hall matter. Every accommodation is a suite with a separate sunken living area. The standard Luxury King Suite is roughly 720 square feet—nearly double many Strip rooms—with a marble bathroom, Roman tub, separate shower, sofa bed, and work area. Palazzo styling is more modern and understated than The Venetian's classic Italian décor, while both towers share most resort amenities. The Palazzo Pool Deck has multiple seasonally heated pools, a lounge pool, cabanas, daybeds, towel service, and poolside dining at CAPRI. Guests can also use the broader Venetian Resort pool collection, giving them a range from calm areas to livelier decks. Operations vary with weather and season. The Palazzo casino includes a refined high-limit lounge and connects directly to The Venetian's much larger gaming floor and sportsbook. More than 40 restaurants across the complex include CUT, Mott 32, Wakuda, Bouchon, COTE, Yardbird, Estiatorio Milos, and numerous casual choices, making dining one of the best reasons to stay. Canyon Ranch spa and fitness, Grand Canal Shoppes, gondola rides, Voltaire, clubs and lounges, and extensive convention facilities can fill a trip without leaving the property. The central-north location is excellent for upscale dining and Sphere events, although walking to the south Strip takes time. The Palazzo is best for couples, luxury travelers, convention guests, food lovers, and anyone who values an unusually large standard room. It is less suited to budget trips or visitors overwhelmed by megaresort scale. Resort fees, parking, minibar restrictions, and premium pool seating meaningfully increase the final cost.
