The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort

We opted for a spontaneous family trip and usually stay with relatives, but this time we wanted a little escape for ourselves. My relative arranged for us to stay in a luxury suite with two queen beds, and it was stunning. The hotel surpassed all our expectations. Walking through it felt like wandering through a sophisticated museum with captivating art and history around every corner. It elevates the whole Las Vegas experience to something truly luxurious—sometimes you forget you're even there. Plus, the hotel's location is ideal, situated right at the heart of all the action. The suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a fantastic view of Las Vegas Boulevard, including sights like Treasure Island and the pools below. Everything went smoothly until we noticed our room hadn't been serviced, and we ran out of towels and other amenities. After calling housekeeping, we had to wait about 20 minutes for service. Perhaps a call before leaving the room would have avoided this hiccup, but it's a note for next time. Overall, I'd rate the experience a solid 4.5 stars. Check-in and check-out were exceptionally straightforward. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for a swim, and I missed out on trying the gym. Looking forward to giving that a go next time. We definitely plan to return. Many thanks!

During my month-long trip across America, the hotel room at The Palazzo in Las Vegas stood out as the best by far. The room was incredible, offering views of the Sphere that provided plenty of entertainment. The location was ideal for exploring the strip as it was right in the heart of everything. We even extended our stay by booking an extra night to catch a Bruce Springsteen concert and were moved from the Venetian to the Palazzo tower. If I ever find myself back in Vegas, there's no doubt I'll be booking a room at The Palazzo again.

5 stars all around. From when you walk in to check In, to the room, to the housekeeping it’s all where you would want it to be. The food on resort is phenomenal. Make sure to take a picture in the lobby when you are checking in, that is worth the booking alone. Also recommend the ride in the river. The tables are fair, and I always enjoy their current choice of slots

Wonderful hotel stay at The Palazzo in Las Vegas, which is connected to the Grand Canal Shoppes and part of the Venetian. The location on the strip is top-notch. The room had a nice, spacious bathroom with a separate shower and bath, as well as a separate toilet room. The separate living area with two comfy queen beds was a plus. The pool area was nice, although the main pool was crowded with mostly adults. However, the left side had a wading pool where more kids were located. Grimaldi's Pizza inside the Grand Canal Shoppes is a must-try for amazing wood-fired pizza. Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is also a great spot for delicious lattes and blended drinks. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The Palazzo is an exceptional hotel where no wishes are left unfulfilled! Having experienced several resorts in Vegas, this one truly stands out as the best. The king suite is spacious and spotless, offering an amazing view of the Sphere. The Prestige Club Lounge is highly recommended for a quiet breakfast, snacks, and complimentary cocktails every day. The pool area is fantastic, with plenty of lounging beds. The only downside was that five days wasn't enough!

During our three-night stay at The Palazzo in Las Vegas, we were impressed with our spacious superior King suite room, which offered a lovely view of the sphere, golf course, and Wynn hotel from room 33709. The room featured a large seating area and a bathroom with two sinks, along with two flat screen televisions - one in the bedroom and one in the living room area. There was even a small TV in the bathroom. While the separate toilet with a telephone was a unique touch, it was disappointing that there was no bidet included. Hopefully, the hotel will consider adding this important amenity in the future.

Had drinks and lunch by the pool and it was absolutely lovely! The place has a high-class feel and a fantastic atmosphere. The cocktails and food were amazing – the Caesar salad, in particular, was incredibly impressive. The servers are attentive and kind. The pool is wonderful.

Providing ample drinking water is essential given the climate and potential multi-occupancy of suites. - Freeing up space in the refrigerator for guest use, rather than fully occupying it with charged drinks, would allow guests to store their own beverages. - Providing a simple and friendly check-in manual outlining key information about amenities and services would facilitate a smoother transition into the hotel experience. Overall, our stay was pleasant, and I would recommend this hotel to others. With these minor adjustments, I believe the experience could be even more enjoyable for future guests.

My partner and I visit Vegas regularly and have stayed at numerous casinos, but The Palazzo's rooms are definitely our top choice. Our room had a stunning view overlooking the Sphere, which we loved. The staff members we interacted with were all friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying at The Palazzo. We attended a U2 concert at the Sphere last night and were amazed by how convenient it was to walk from the hotel directly into the venue. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

This place was amazing, it was the best hotel experience I ever had. The service was extremely nice, they gave us a room we can stay at for 2 nights without moving and we could see the sphere outside out windows. The best part is we didn't even spend extra money on that room! The hotel's very big, great restaurants and views nearby, and a great casino you can chill at night time. The beds were comfy and in great size. The bathroom was covered in beautiful marble and a giant space. The rooms were quiet, it even blocked all the airplane noises coming. The only thing was that there was some blood on one of the pillows. Over all this place was fantastic, each of my family member loved it!

Waking up to that every morning was a real treat. The room was super comfy too, perfect for our family. And there was so much to do without even leaving the hotel. I hit the gym a few times and it was great - well-equipped and clean. Right next to the gym, there was this vegan spot. I'm not usually a vegan eater, but this place was good, really good. The casino was a blast. We're not big gamblers, but it was fun to play a few games and soak up the atmosphere. And the number of restaurants in the resort is insane – we were spoiled for choice every meal. What really stood out to us was how family-friendly the whole place felt. Everyone was super helpful and made our stay super smooth. If you're heading to Vegas with your family, the Palazzo Tower is a solid choice. We all loved it and can't wait to go back!

I stayed at The Palazzo hotel during a recent conference for three nights. Very nice and very expansive hotel with lots to see and do, even if gambling is not your thing. There are countless dining options and some nice stores. Staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was very spacious, but could have been dusted a bit better. Otherwise overall cleanliness of the hotel was as expected. I would definitely stay there again!

Among the remarkable experiences, dining at Buddy’s restaurant stood out. The salmon dish I had was an absolute delight, prepared to perfection. The blend of flavors was exquisite, making it a culinary highlight of my stay. Palazzo Hotel offers a harmonious combination of luxurious accommodation, impeccable cleanliness, and exceptional dining that left me thoroughly satisfied.

Had an amazing experience staying here. The rooms were very clean. We got upgraded to a higher floor which had a nice view. All the rooms are suites so its good to have extra space. The bathrooms are very beautiful and contain high quality products. The surroundings were quite. The room service breakfast was exceptional. We were supposed to receive a complimentary wine bottle but somehow they missed it. Its a very beautiful hotel. Glad I got a chance to stay here.

If I could give more than 5 star, I surely will. The place is beyond expectation. The rate is absolutely worth the experience. Hotel Room is very comfortable, elegant, luxurious, and clean. I was speechless when I go inside, even though I saw it in picture before. Location is good. Easy to access all the tourist attraction easily. Service is absolutely nice.

Hands down my favorite place to stay in Vegas. My partner and I got a great deal here, too. IMO, this is the nicest hotel with the most spacious rooms. I also don’t find The Venetian or The Palazzo to feel as cheap or consumer-y as some of the other resorts. It’s clean, it’s beautiful, and it has great restaurants.

Stayed at Palazzo for 3 nights last week. The staff was professional, quick, and friendly. The hotel was clean and decorated nicely, and the room was huge with an attached living area. The beds and linens were pristine and comfortable, and the view of the strip was worth the extra money. It was in a great location close to other attractions on the strip and had access to the shops and restaurants.

The Venetian and Palazzo are about the only places we will stay in Vegas. The rooms are very large, always clean, and the furnishings are gorgeous. There is plenty of shopping for the wife in the Grand Canal Shops and an even larger mall across the street. The casino has a lot of variety in gaming denominations. The tables have slightly higher limits than a lot of the smaller casinos, but they are still not as high as Wynn and Encore. One downside to both properties is the lack of fridge in the rooms. They have mini-fridge, but it's already stocked and you will be charged $150 if you use it for personal use. I don't know if it's true, but supposedly they have sensors in the fridge so they know if you actually use it. We always run by CVS when we are in town to grab a cheap disposable cooler and keep all our drinks in there. The location of The Venetian and Palazzo is also excellent. You are within walking distance of Wynn, Encore, and now Resorts World. The crowds on the Strip are not as big as a lot of other places either because you are a ways away from Bellagio and the center of everything.

The Palazzo is a fabulous resort with top notch amenities. The staff is excellent and they cater to their customers well. The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. The restaurants located within the resort are phenomenal and the food selections are unbelievable. There are resorts with more intelligently designed casino floor layouts, but that is a minor problem considering how wonderful the rest of the resort is. The atmosphere is crisp, clean and opulent. We had a great stay and will definitely return.

I've been to the Venetian so I wanted to try the Palazzo this time. The suites are amazing!! Great views!! The pools are great but they are standing only, not for swimming. The casino is nice and you couldn't even smell the cigarette smoke, however you could smell the cigars from the cigar lounge. The staff was all very friendly for the most part. I really enjoyed my stay. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it to my friends and family.
