Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas

My stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Las Vegas was mostly amazing. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and the amenities were top-notch. However, the check-in process left something to be desired. It was disappointing to witness a difference in treatment between myself and another guest who was greeted warmly and professionally while I was met with a less welcoming attitude. As a loyal Diamond member and retired military officer, I believe all guests should be treated with the same level of care and respect regardless of their appearance. Hotel management should ensure that all front desk staff provide consistent service to all guests.

My recent stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Las Vegas was a great experience. The spacious and well-appointed room allowed me to easily stream music through Bluetooth on the TV. The Zen restaurant offered a delicious vegan menu that I thoroughly enjoyed. However, the small lobby made it difficult to find a comfortable place to relax before check-in at 4 o'clock. Additionally, the late check-in and early check-out times were a bit inconvenient for a traveler. Despite this, the friendly staff made the process smooth and easy, and I appreciated receiving a text when my room was ready.

Fantastic stay at this remarkable property! This was our second visit, and despite residing in Las Vegas, we find it incredibly convenient when attending a concert at T-Mobile Arena, as we can easily walk back and settle in quickly afterward. As a Hilton Diamond Member, we were delighted to receive an upgrade with stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip. Despite its prime location, the room was effectively soundproof. The service is outstanding, and the rooms are not only beautiful but impeccably maintained. The aesthetics are sleek and modern. Every area of the hotel is well-kept, and the restaurant is fantastic! The sushi is the best we've ever had, and the breakfast was equally excellent. One of us enjoyed the spa experience tremendously, particularly praising the skilled masseuse. The valet service was exceptional, with virtually no wait time for our car. This hotel truly offers a luxurious experience, and I highly recommend it!

A serene quiet oasis amongst the chaos of Las Vegas. Waldorf Astoria got a recent renovation and did a fantastic job. Had visited the Mandarin building before so have seen how extensive the transformation was. This was a great experience with a gorgeous art deco themed lobby adorned with seasonal decorations. The rooms are brand new and amenities are top class especially their Spa which has been well rated amongst Vegas spas. The staff is responsive and helpful. Not having a casino in the building is the best part as it prevents outside traffic and keeps the hotel quiet. Yet it is at the heart of the strip right next to Crystals premium mall. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Las Vegas.

The Waldorf Astoria in Las Vegas is a wonderfully serene and luxurious hotel located in the City Center. The room and service were exceptional during my stay. I found all the hotel staff to be friendly and accommodating. The valet service was impressively fast, always bringing my car to me swiftly. While the restaurant tended to get crowded during peak meal times, I did feel that the quality of the food could be improved. However, I found the bar to be a relaxing and peaceful spot to unwind after a long day. I am already planning to return to this lovely hotel in the future.

The Waldorf has “one” of the best views of the strip in Las Vegas! It’s a great place to stop for a celebration drink to kick off or end the night. You can see a beautiful view of the city and the security and staff as you enter the hotel is friendly. I felt pretty welcome here. They have beautiful layout , hallways, restaurant and bar. You can have a drink and get a bite to eat and relax. This is great classy place to enjoy an awesome view, relax and soak in the ambience.

The Waldorf Astoria in Las Vegas is an upscale hotel with a high price point for both rooms and dining. I rated it 3 stars overall for this reason. The location is fantastic and the housekeeping service is top-notch, though you may need to request certain services like vacuuming. The front desk staff is generally helpful, but at times it can feel like you are repeating your needs. The rooms are large and spacious.

Our recent stay at the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas for our anniversary was excellent. Having previously stayed at the WA in Beverly Hills, we found this location to be just as impressive. Although we experienced a few hiccups during check-in, the staff went above and beyond to resolve the issues in a professional and friendly manner. We were very pleased with how they handled everything. The hotel itself is top-notch. The pool area was lovely, the gym was well-equipped, and the service at Zen was exceptional. We also indulged in a day at the spa, which was a nice touch. It was refreshing to stay at a non-smoking hotel without a casino - exactly what we were looking for. A special shoutout to Elyse Fisher, the concierge, who made our anniversary celebration even more special. We also enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea at the Tea Lounge on the 23rd floor - highly recommended. Overall, Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas exceeded our expectations in so many ways. We are already looking forward to our next stay at this fantastic hotel.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Waldorf Astoria in Las Vegas. Unlike other hotels on the strip, this one does not have a casino, which means it is a peaceful and quiet place to relax. The service at the hotel was exceptional, and I appreciated the convenience of valet parking, even though there is a $45 daily fee since there is no self parking available. The hotel's central location on the strip made it easy to explore all the casinos and attractions on foot. The outdoor pool was a refreshing oasis compared to the crowded casino pools, and I enjoyed a delicious meal at the upscale Zen restaurant located within the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria for anyone looking for a quiet and luxurious stay on the Las Vegas strip. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

My partner booked a upgraded strip view suite at Waldorf Astoria in Las Vegas and it exceeded our expectations! The staff, service, and amenities were top-notch. Despite not having a casino, the hotel offered a peaceful retreat just steps away from the bustling Strip. The staff treated us like VIPs, always welcoming us warmly and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Housekeeping went the extra mile by anticipating our need for ice and leaving buckets of it in our room. The bar staff were also exceptional, making our evenings even more enjoyable. Overall, Waldorf Astoria in Las Vegas has set the bar high for a five-star hotel experience and we can't wait to stay there again.

This is probably the best non-casino hotel on the strip BUT if you want to go to a casino and have that feel, they are so close you won’t be missing out. We stayed here for our wedding and were very glad we chose this over other places. The staff was amazing and we couldnt have been happier. The room was great as well as the amenities. The house car was a great bonus and helped to get us to our dinner reservation on time. If you can, make time to go to the bar on the 23rd floor for great service, food and drinks, and an amazing view of the strip. So many good things can be said about the Waldorf Astoria but I say you go and see for yourself.

Avoid at all cost, this isn't a 5-Star Hotel. Definitely not worth spending your money here. The service is terrible. I received an email from "The Personal Concierge team" with an offer to "personalize your upcoming stay in any way" but when I tried contacting them there was no response back from anyone. Since you can't get your own ice for your stay, you have to call them for delivery. It took me 3 phone calls and waited over 1 hour before someone brought ice to the room. Definitely not worth $500-$700 a night. Never again.

Really exceptional service and experience. Unfortunately, the lobby is under construction so there are two different sets of elevators you have to use, separated by a huge hallway. As a result, it takes about 5-10 minutes to get from the lobby to your room. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. The room was lovely, especially the soaking tub. Everything in the bathroom was beautifully designed and engineered. There is a nice vanity with a stool.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff and a premier location along the Las Vegas strip. The beds were very comfortable and the room spotless. The bathroom and bedroom were very spacious and well appointed. The bathroom did have a weird design where you could see into the shower area from the room, which would make it awkward for folks who are staying with their family or friends, which is a minor complaint. The pools located here are also beautiful but not very big or noteworthy considering pools found at other nearby properties. I think that this hotel really wins it out for the tranquility one experiences here while being located directly on the strip.

The staff's service provided and kindness was second to none. I had a medical incident during my stay, and the thoughtfulness and care that the staff showed was amazing. Michael, a member of the security team, in particular, was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure that my partner and I had a great stay. Additionally, the hotel is in fantastic condition, extremely upscale and the rooms are very clean. Would recommend to anybody!

Great location, tea lounge and bar. Awesome location; nice and quiet. The pool area was great and would recommend this place for a more quaint experience in crazy Vegas without sacrificing location or luxury. Service was on point. As for the hard product, obviously some renovations going on in the lobby. As for my stay, they probably need to run the ventilation more in the washroom since it smelled a bit like cleaning fluids. Washroom would do with some grouting in the shower but nothing major. Room could use a deep deep clean although the usable areas were spotless. Trim could use a veneer touch up. Windows could use a cleaning especially in the bar. Minibar has no silly sensors and room is well stocked with amenities. Bath products are from the big pump bottles. Overall though the property is pretty well maintained and I look forward to returning.

Right in the center of the strip, our room had a stunning view and the staff was impeccable. Fortunately, our flight didn't depart until later in the day, so we were able to keep our baggage at the hotel while we experienced the attractions on the strip. The room was luxurious and provided us with every desired amenity and even nice surprises!

The best thing about this property is the fact that there is no casino within the hotel, creating a tranquil and smoke-free atmosphere, a welcomed break away from the chaos that comes with being in Las Vegas. It's also in a great location!

The Waldorf offered unbeatable service and hospitality. Staffing of all levels were kind and respectful. We were treated like royalty due to our diamond membership. The food and drinks were delectable and we can't say enough good things about the couples massage and spa. Everything seemed spotless and well kept. Our stay there was a memorable one and we will be sure to come back. We thank the Waldorf immensely!

Went there for Afternoon Tea on a Sunday. It was just delightful! The service was absolutely terrific. I LOVE my tea and these people really know how to make it well. Warm scones with jam and cream, pretty little cakes and cute little sandwiches made the day. I'll be back!
