After many years of anticipation, the experience at Jean Georges Steakhouse in Las Vegas finally came to fruition tonight. The decor immediately stood out with its perfect blend of modernity and warmth. Situated on the second floor of The Hotel Aria, this location did not disappoint in style. Our waiter, Eddie, was exceptional, bringing a remarkable level of excellence to the evening. He began his journey with Jean Georges at Prime in 1998, and his seasoned expertise was clearly evident throughout the meal. The food was outstanding, with a presentation that matched its quality. Additionally, a gracious woman offered to take a photo during dinner, providing a charming memento of the evening for a small fee. Overall, the experience was impeccable and memorable.
READ BEFORE GOING Checked out 108 Drinks during happy hour, as their online promotion advertised buy one get one free admission and cocktails. Upon arrival, it was a bit confusing; we were charged $30 for entry, despite being told the regular price was $25 each. Despite the initial confusion, $15 per person for the view is quite reasonable. Many other lookout spots, like the CN Tower, World Trade Center, Willis Tower, etc., tend to charge significantly more. The drinks themselves were average—nothing extraordinary. However, the deal of two beers for $11 in a quiet lounge with music of your choice is appealing. The couches are oriented towards the windows, and guests can roam around with their drinks or even step outside on the roof, 1050 feet up. In summary, the experience was excellent overall. Going during happy hour is worthwhile; otherwise, the value diminishes. For those simply interested in the view, the two-for-one pricing remains a good deal.
This has been the best dining experience I’ve had in Vegas for quite some time. The atmosphere isn’t over the top, but offers a nice selection of items. The service at the bar top was exceptional, thanks to Rachel who provided outstanding service to all the guests. The large selection of vegan food options drew me in, and the vegan fish tacos did not disappoint. Overall, it was a delightful dinner with remarkable service. Thanks again, Rachel. I’ll definitely ask for you next time!
