Noodle Exchange in Las Vegas offers reasonable prices, especially for a restaurant located within a casino. The hot pot stands out as a great deal and tastes quite delicious. However, the Pho is underwhelming, and the veggie sides are unappealing. The Gyoza and soft noodles, on the other hand, were quite good. Rating: 3.5 stars.

Great atmosphere, but no draft beers. If that's your preference, I recommend checking out Flight and Aurora.
