The waitress was friendly, but the TripAdvisor marketing seems a bit over-hyped. It's certainly not among the top 10% of dining experiences. The food isn’t bad, but it doesn’t stand out, and the prices are a bit steep. The eggs Benedict lacked flavor. Overall, it’s an average experience with high prices.
The food at Barry's Downtown Prime is phenomenal! 10 stars! Every single dish, from the bread and appetizers to the soups, salads, and entrees, was absolutely fabulous—no exaggeration! The lamb chops were so good, I couldn't resist diving in with gusto. The atmosphere brings a vintage, old-school vibe with TVs reminiscent of a classic cigar room, which I absolutely loved. The service was excellent as well. I highly recommend this place for both locals and tourists. If I lived in Vegas, this would definitely be a regular spot for me.
Ellis Island BBQ in Las Vegas is a fantastic and budget-friendly spot near the Strip. One of the highlights is their half rack of ribs and half BBQ chicken combo, priced at just $20. If you're playing in the casino, it goes down to an impressive $15. The ribs and chicken are delicious, served with bread, corn, and coleslaw. The portion size is generous, and the flavors are outstanding. The meat practically falls off the bone, and the BBQ sauce adds an amazing touch. The customer service is top-notch, with friendly staff making the experience even better. Be aware that the restaurant is located inside the casino in a separate room, so you might catch a bit of smoke smell and experience the lively casino atmosphere. Despite that, it's a safe and vibrant place, though it can be a bit noisy due to the casino buzz. All in all, Ellis Island BBQ is one of the best places to enjoy an affordable and scrumptious meal in Las Vegas, offering some of the finest BBQ in town. ❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍
Park on Fremont in Las Vegas is a delightful spot for a leisurely Friday afternoon lunch. The burger and fries were excellent, and the bartenders were fantastic, offering speedy and attentive service. The ambience is charmingly quirky and well-appointed. I would absolutely return to this place.
Had drinks and lunch by the pool and it was absolutely lovely! The place has a high-class feel and a fantastic atmosphere. The cocktails and food were amazing – the Caesar salad, in particular, was incredibly impressive. The servers are attentive and kind. The pool is wonderful.
Had dinner last night at Triple George Grill and tried the special. It featured a 40-ounce porterhouse steak, accompanied by a Caesar salad to start and a side of mac and cheese. We also indulged in two slices of cheesecake for dessert. Everything was absolutely delightful, and I can't stop thinking about it! Our server was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic!
We waited quite a while before deciding to go up to the bar to order our drinks ourselves. As the bartenders were preparing them, the waitress finally approached us. During her initial visit, she did not clean our table. Although she did clear it on her next pass, she didn’t wipe it down or check back with us at any point. There was no offer of a second drink, water, or any follow-up service. The drinks, priced at nearly $30 each, seemed rather expensive for their size, although they were made well. Unfortunately, given these circumstances, I wouldn't choose to return.
