Fuhu was an unforgettable experience - I tasted some of the best sushi I have ever eaten in my life! There was an incredible variety of textures, sweetness and freshness in the signature roll, Spicy Hamamon, and all my friends were impressed with the other dishes we ordered. The buttery snapper and duck fried rice were especially noteworthy! Also, I found the atmosphere to be enjoyable. After dining here, I almost hesitate to test out any other sushi places - this one may be unbeatable!

Recently, we had the pleasure of coming to Beauty & Essex in Las Vegas upon our friends' recommendation, this was easily a highlight of our trip. A unique restaurant experience, Beauty & Essex is a bit hidden, but The interior is beautiful and the menu is amazing. Moreover, customer service is top-notch - we will definitely be making a return visit!

I give this business one star because we came all the way down to do this on a special anniversary night and it was closed due to weather. On a clear, starry night with little/no wind, the sign out front at the entrance would have been helpful notification that it was closed. I suspect it was closed due to staff shortage, not the weather, and that is fine but for god's sake, post something on Facebook or adjust the open/close status on the hotel information boards?
