I had the pleasure of being served by Shannon during a recent visit to BARDOT Brasserie, and she was outstanding. Shannon was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. She was attentive throughout our meal, ensuring that every single request we had was taken care of promptly and with a smile. Her attention to detail and excellent service truly enhanced our dining experience. Highly recommend asking for Shannon if you're looking for top-notch service!
We arrived shortly after opening, which was perfect timing as we were able to sit and dine indoors on a day with an excessive heat warning. The person taking our order seemed a bit rushed and short with us, even though there was no one waiting behind. The food portions were massive—we had lobster, fish, and chicken. The prices were quite steep, around $90 for the meals and drinks without any dessert, but I thought the food was fantastic! The staff member who handed us our food was pleasant. For a place with such a notable name and cool concept, I definitely recommend it. This was the one spot our child really wanted to visit, and they were very pleased!
Excellent food and service. The fish is fresh and sumptuous, and the miso soup is smooth and delicious. The service is both attentive and kind, offering subtle recommendations. The chocolate cake for dessert was a perfect ending. Looking forward to the next visit to try more.
Huge shout out to Mikey. Thank you so much for the delicious martinis and fantastic suggestions during our visit to Las Vegas. 10/10 recommend him as a bartender. Great drinks and perfect service!
Overall, our experience at SuperFrico in Las Vegas was a positive one, though it did feel slightly overrated. The food was pleasantly very good, but the drink we tried did not hit the mark. The service was excellent, except for the check-in process where the staff, while not overtly rude, lacked friendliness. Our server, on the other hand, was wonderful. The entertainment was fun and unique, though not something that would bring us back. We witnessed a brief performance by four people, which was entertaining but short-lived. While it offered a distinct and different experience, Las Vegas has numerous other options for both entertainment and dining that might be more enjoyable.
