Car22 left a 5 star review for Smith & Wollensky

I have visited Smith & Wollensky in Las Vegas several times and have always had a great experience. Last month, we had their food delivered for a special occasion and it was fabulous. We also ordered dinner delivery last Saturday and it was excellent. Their lobster roll is amazing and the cheeseburger is delicious. The chocolate cake is ridiculously good - we had leftovers for two days. The steak and service at Smith & Wollensky speak for themselves. I highly recommend trying their food, whether dining in or getting delivery through DoorDash.

Jaburritos in Las Vegas is a great option for a quick and affordable meal when you're craving something fresh instead of heavy or fried. I've visited twice and tried the spicy tuna snack both times. It's a satisfying choice for lunch, as the portion size is generous. The staff is friendly and efficient, making for a pleasant dining experience.

Car22 left a 5 star review for The Venetian Pool Deck

The Venetian Pool Deck in Las Vegas offers a variety of well-maintained pools, including the Palazzo pool. During my visit, I found that the Palazzo pool was less crowded than the Venetian pool. Finding chairs was not an issue and I was able to enjoy swimming or relaxing with music and a beer in hand. It's a great spot to unwind and enjoy some time by the pool.

The food at The Kitchen at Commons Club was excellent. The dishes were fresh, well-portioned, and served at the appropriate temperature. We were seated promptly with a smile, but the service felt rushed. Our server seemed to be in a hurry, which affected the pace of our meal. They even took my plate away before I finished my sandwich. Despite the rushed service, the overall dining experience was solid.

Car22 left a 4 star review for Vesper Bar

Vesper Bar at a Las Vegas casino offers a full-service bar without food options, so I'll focus on the drinks. While the service at the bar may be a bit slow due to the number of customers, the people-watching is top-notch. It's fascinating to see the mix of business and fun happening at the bar, with security periodically checking IDs. This live reality TV-like experience is unique to Vegas and adds to the overall atmosphere of the bar.

Car22 left a 5 star review for Michael's

Michael's Steakhouse in Las Vegas provided one of the most beautiful dining experiences we have ever had. The staff, the food, and the atmosphere were absolutely perfect. It truly felt like we were the only guests in the entire universe, receiving 10-star treatment. We highly recommend the French Onion Soup, table-side Caesar Salad, Chiffon Pineapple cake, veal piccata, and filet. The sorbet served in between courses was a decadent surprise. Every detail at Michael's was executed beyond perfection, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you to the staff at Michael's for making our birthday celebration so memorable. We can't wait to do it all over again.

Car22 left a 2 star review for Silver Sevens

Jul 2, 2024 at 3:30pm

I stayed at Silver Sevens in Las Vegas for one night, paying around $191 including resort fee and taxes. It was a Monday after a busy event, so many hotels were sold out or had high prices. The resort fee was $39 with taxes, and the incidental charge was $150 a night. The hotel no longer accepts cash for incidentals, which they notify you about during check-in. They provide a coupon book, free beer, and a free cocktail with breakfast. There are also opportunities to upgrade your room. The rooms at Silver Sevens are a bit outdated and run down, with a noticeable moldy smell. My bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. I was given a patio room on the first floor, but there were some issues like a stuck sink stopper and dirty walls. I had to use my own cleaning products and bedding to make myself more comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located about half a mile from the strip, with plenty of dining options nearby. The casino is small and allows smoking. There is an airport shuttle starting at 5:00 am, and check-in is at 4:00 pm with check-out at 11:00 am. Overall, Silver Sevens may not be the most luxurious option, but it can work for a budget-friendly stay in Las Vegas.

Car22 left a 2 star review for Brooklyn Bowl

The security at Brooklyn Bowl in Las Vegas was disappointing. They restricted movement near the front of the crowd during punk and hardcore shows, and constantly shined lights into the crowd when someone crowdsurfed, hindering visibility of the visual effects. Additionally, the long lines at the bar for tap water were frustrating, as they did not have a simple jug of water readily available. Overall, not the most enjoyable venue experience.
