Cecilio, or as we called him, Captain America, was an outstanding server! His honesty and enthusiasm shone throughout the whole restaurant, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. Our dinner was an enjoyable and thrilling experience, thanks to his big, beaming smile. You all rock 🤘🏽🥳

Though the staff were extremely professional and accommodating, we felt the hotel room to be quite worn, dim and aged, especially the room we were allocated. On our first night, clean towels were quickly and willingly delivered to us on request by the housekeeping staff. However, when I told the housekeeping employee that the air conditioner was making an abnormal sound while cycling, they did not seem to understand or acknowledge. Despite no instructions on how to deactivate the device, an engineer eventually revealed it was necessary to switch it to 'economy' to turn it completely off. Little use as we were woken in the middle of the night by the blaring of the unit.
