The rooms are exceptionally clean, and while the hotel has an older charm, it is well-maintained. Although our room lacked a microwave and refrigerator, these amenities are available for an additional fee. One inconvenience was the room card deactivating an hour before check-out. The location makes it easy to access Fremont Street, and the food at Pizza Rock was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Mob Museum. The staff at the Freedom Beat restaurant were very attentive, though they appeared less than enthusiastic. I would consider returning during a warmer season to take advantage of the pool and deck. Our visit was in November, and overall, the staff was very friendly. Housekeeping is scheduled minimally, but any requests are promptly fulfilled.

We were advised to make a reservation, and I'm glad we did. While I anticipated that Strip House Steakhouse in Las Vegas wouldn't be inexpensive, the exceptional service from our server surpassed my expectations. The food only added to the impressive experience. Although my steak wasn't cooked exactly as ordered initially, the error was swiftly and efficiently corrected. Our meal included calamari and dry-aged steak, both of which were outstanding—among the best ever. If only I had room for more!

Stayed at the Hilton Conrad at Resorts World Las Vegas and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, luxurious, and well-appointed. The staff was kind and friendly, always ready to assist. There was some waiting during check-in, and the hotel’s location at the end of the Strip meant the views of the Strip and the Sphere weren't as ideal. Despite that, it's a fantastic place with a lovely night view for those who value comfort and excellent service!
