The experience at Libertine Social in Las Vegas was quite enjoyable, though I can't quite justify giving it a full five stars given the price. The food and drinks were both good, and the atmosphere was enhanced by the cool decor and interesting visuals. We sampled a variety of small plates, and the standout dish for me was definitely the sushi cones. They were exceptionally creative, with an excellent texture and flavor. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I'm happy with the decision to visit. However, considering the plethora of dining options in Las Vegas, I might explore other venues next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Yellowtail Roll, and added avocado on top for an extra twist. The sushi pizza, enhanced with truffle oil, was delightful. Overall, the food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. Dishes were served promptly. Although not listed, they accommodated our request for veggie fried rice. There's also an option to sit outside and enjoy a stunning view of the Bellagio fountain show—an ideal setting to impress a date.

The seating arrangements ensure that everyone enjoys a stunning view, whether you're right next to the window or just a table away. The 10 oz Filet steaks are outstanding, bursting with flavor and juiciness, while the potato wedges on the side impress with their delightful cheesy taste. A visit to the patio is a must, offering a perfect backdrop of the Las Vegas strip for memorable photos. With exquisite cuisine and a superb atmosphere, this restaurant is a standout choice.

The atmosphere is elegant and upscale. For those interested, there's a chef's pairing menu available for $175 per person, along with an extensive wine list and full bar. The espresso martini was delightful, and the Pinot Grigio was equally impressive. Just note that the lemonade doesn't come with refills and is priced at $8 each. Now, let's talk about the food! The meal kicks off with a complimentary bread service that is simply outstanding. The variety of breads, served warm and cold, was a hit. Starting with the raw oysters for an appetizer was a phenomenal choice; the sauce was an absolute standout, and every drop was savored. The shrimp scampi is possibly one of the best ever, with freshly made pasta that was packed with flavor. The branzino was a dream, with its perfectly crispy exterior and tender, flavorful interior. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Chicago Brewing Company in Las Vegas. The balsamic vinaigrette was absolutely perfect, enhancing every bite. The fries were spot-on—crispy and fresh. Highly recommended, 4.5/5 stars!
