The food at Broadway Burger Bar in Las Vegas was fantastic. I ordered the buffalo wings and fries, and the wings were generously sized and served hot. The Buffalo sauce had a delicious flavor with just the right amount of tanginess. The fries were consistently good. My dining companion went for the garlic fries, which they found a bit too garlicky, but I thought they were great. We liked it so much that we dined there twice during our stay in the area.

The staff at the rewards center appear to lack customer service skills, and seem dissatisfied in their roles, which affects their interactions with guests. The casino host, Patrick, also falls short in offering a welcoming experience. On a positive note, the casino is undergoing renovations. However, the slot machines tend to be tight, and there's a hope for improved staff attitudes. When spending money for entertainment, guests deserve courteous treatment. An online cake order at the bakeshop was mishandled, with no effort made to resolve the oversight. Overall, there are other venues that offer a more enjoyable experience.

Each bite of the food here was delightful, and the balsamic vinaigrette was simply flawless. The fries were perfectly cooked—crispy and fresh. Highly recommended, 4.5/5 stars!
