Carbone is a luxurious Italian steakhouse located in the Aria that is definitely worth making a reservation for to avoid a long wait. The service and food at Carbone are top-notch, although the prices reflect that. One standout is their Tomahawk steak, with their name seared into the bone for a special touch. The well-crafted drinks and delicious food, including perfectly cooked pasta and steak, made for a fantastic dining experience overall. The only downside during my visit was that the washrooms had flooded earlier and weren't fixed, making it inconvenient to find another nearby public restroom.

Bear's Best Las Vegas truly exceeded all of our expectations. The planning process, from start to finish, was seamless thanks to the amazing team of Tina, Brittany, and Ed. Their communication, service, and hospitality were exceptional. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We also had our Rehearsal Dinner at Bear's Best and it was a dream come true. The food was delicious and the views were absolutely breathtaking. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect event space. A huge thank you to the Bear's Best team and all of the vendors who made our day truly magical.

Frequent visitors to Bistro 57, and it’s no surprise why! Tucked away in the Aliante Hotel & Casino, this charming spot is a must-visit for Italian food lovers. The focaccia bread served with various flavored butters, garlic, sun-dried tomato, and olive oil is a delightful start to the meal. Even if you’re watching your carbs, this appetizer is worth indulging in! The pasta carbonara is a standout dish, with generous portions of pancetta that make it absolutely delicious. Whether you’re a local or just visiting off the strip, Bistro 57 is a stop you won’t want to miss!

My experience at Sugarcane was enjoyable. Located inside the Venetian, it may be a bit challenging to locate, but with some perseverance, you will eventually find it. It's a great spot for breakfast and worth the effort to locate.

During my recent visit to Della's Kitchen at the Delano in Las Vegas, I was blown away by their huevos rancheros. It is hands down the best I've ever had. I wish I had dined here every day of my stay. Our group of five all had fantastic meals, and the staff was incredibly friendly. My husband ordered a meat addition to his huevos rancheros and couldn't get enough. The Bloody Mary selection was impressive, with the perfect level of spice for my husband. Our friend ended up ordering one after trying it. Our other friends enjoyed the pancakes and sourdough with pear jam, which were equally delicious. Overall, I would give Della's Kitchen a solid 10/10 rating.

Pin Up Pizza in Las Vegas fell short of the high praise we had heard. We sampled the cheese pizza slice, chicken buffalo cheese slice, and a garlic knot during a quiet Tuesday morning visit. The limited seating options took away from our experience. The cheese pizza slice was decent, but the chicken slice was disappointing. Overall, our visit was average with no standout elements, and we felt the prices were too high for the basic pizza options available.
