Just got back from another quick trip and thought about seeing KA again because I liked it so much but decided to go with O this time. This is another amazing show from Cirque and just as entertaining and mesmerizing as KA. Honestly, O may be even more impressive because the theater and pool are so cool.
My wife and I were absolutely delighted! This show had us on the brink throughout, filled with thrills and unexpected plot twists. Additionally, the set was incredibly impressive, and not only provided fascinating stimulation mentally, but impressively defied the laws of physics! The performers were all exceptional and had us on the very edge of our seats. We highly recommend it without hesitation – it is a definite must-see!
Came here with the kids and had a great time. The theater is clean and the chairs are comfy.
We had an amazing experience at Andiamo Steakhouse in Las Vegas. We've visited many high-end places in the area and this one ranked above the rest. Not only was the service top-notch, but the waiter Paul was especially accommodating to our party, which included some young children. The only issue we had was with the reservation; I requested a table in the corner, but upon arrival, the host had given us the first table with the most traffic. After speaking with the manager, however, we were set up with a booth, to our delight. The manager also explained that in the future, special requests wouldn't be accepted. Thanks to Paul's outstanding service, all promises were kept and the end result was beyond satisfactory - easily the best service ever encountered in any Vegas eatery!
Management was great, however, the staff could benefit from more customer service training. Unfortunately, there were no microwaves in the hotel unless you had a timeshare. Additionally, guests were unaware that they had to call housekeeping to receive new towels or to have the room cleaned. The pool and the gym were only open from 9am to 6pm. Upon arrival, a strange smell of weed was lingering in the hallways, and individuals from the room above had been heard fighting. Therefore, security had to be called multiple times. The only welcoming that occurred at the hotel was from the people that were attempting to sell a timeshare. Therefore, all-in-all, the hotel experience would be considered as a C- grade.
This place may not be the most suitable for adults, as it is quite noisy and crowded. However, it is an ideal destination for families, as there are plenty of fun games and activities to enjoy. Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit outdated and run-down.
