Carversteak in Las Vegas offers a delicious dinner and impeccable service. I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time to ensure you get a seat. The steakhouse is a great spot for a special occasion dinner. The hotel is new and nice and the food is amazing. The server was attentive and knowledgeable, and there is a wide selection of food choices and great drinks. It was a nice touch that they set up a birthday card at the table for our celebration.
Gatsby's Cocktail Lounge in Las Vegas is a great spot for a night out that doesn't have an entry fee. If you want table seating, bottle service is required, but that means you can expect to dance and socialize. The music mix on a Friday night was top-notch, catering to a variety of tastes. The venue was busy, but it had a good mix of people of all ages.
Casino Bar at Palace Station is a very nice place. I initially booked it as a budget option away from the strip, but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms. They were neat and clean, with a great shower and comfortable bed. The location was also convenient. I would definitely consider staying here again.
The service at Wynn Golf Club is exceptional, with an excellent caddie who is great at reading greens, marking and cleaning balls. The cart is fully stocked with beverages and the course itself is truly spectacular. The sphere present throughout the course adds to the beauty and provides great opportunities for photos. Highly recommend playing here.
Ike's in Las Vegas is a great spot for hot dogs located inside the El Cortez. The hot dogs are really delicious. And the best part? They have Mango Carte beer on tap, which is the best new beer I've tried in years! You can find it at all the bars in El Cortez. I'm not usually a fan of flavored beers, but this one is a must-try. The staff is friendly, especially on the casino level of El Cortez. Don't forget to grab a Mango Carte while you're there!
Arts Factory in Las Vegas is a fun place to view some art, with individual artist galleries throughout the building. The artists typically come in around noon, so plan your visit accordingly. There are interesting paintings upstairs and downstairs, with a modern trend that doesn't resemble childlike artwork. I spoke with a friendly local who recommended a scenic drive for breathtaking views. Stay tuned for more on Red Rock Canyon tomorrow! Don't be afraid to strike up a conversation with locals for insider tips. ❤️
