My friends and I went to Remix Lounge at the Stratosphere Casino Las Vegas for drinks and some gambling. As we settled in, we noticed that there were TV screens showing an NFL game. However, when one of the bartenders asked me to focus on gambling and not watch the game, it was a bit off-putting. It seemed a bit contradictory to have TV screens showing sports games in a bar where gambling is the main activity. We observed other patrons who were enjoying drinks and watching the game without any issues. Overall, the bartender's behavior left a negative impression on us. As a reviewer and a patron, I would not recommend Remix Lounge at the Las Vegas Stratosphere. 👎
Claim Jumper at Golden Nugget in Las Vegas offers above average comfort food with a super friendly staff. The dining room is big and spacious, perfect for a relaxed meal. I visited on a Saturday at 4:30pm and ordered the chicken sandwich, which was delicious. I highly recommend trying it. Additionally, you can validate your parking ticket if you parked in the garage.
I recently rented a cabana at M Pool at The M Resort in Las Vegas twice within a three-week period and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed plenty of food that was included in the price of the cabana rental. The only issue that bothered me was when a ninth person showed up and they charged for pool admission. I felt they could have made an exception considering how much money I had already spent. Despite this, I loved everything else about the experience and plan to return on July 10th. I even left a generous tip for the server. Overall, I had a positive experience at M Pool and would recommend it to others.
The room rates at Circus Circus are budget-friendly, but be prepared for a sizeable resort fee regardless of whether you use all the amenities. The hotel itself is showing its age, with worn carpets and a dated structure. While most of the staff were friendly and helpful, there was one employee who seemed overwhelmed and unaccommodating when it came to issuing a player's card. Located a bit further down the strip, the walking distance was manageable and ride-sharing services were readily available. Unfortunately, the buffet was closed during the reviewer's stay and only opened as they were leaving, so they were unable to sample the food. As for gambling, the slot machines didn't seem especially generous, though the older coin slots were somewhat more promising. Surprisingly, Circus Circus doesn't disclose their payout percentages, unlike other casinos on the strip. Overall, the reviewer found the experience at Circus Circus to be adequate, though they felt the hotel's aged appearance was a downside. While they may not return in the future, the affordable pricing may still make it a viable option for those seeking a budget-friendly stay in Las Vegas.
Recently went on the Emerald Cove kayaking tour with Salvatore from Evolution Expeditions Kayaking LLC in Las Vegas. Sal was a knowledgeable and entertaining guide who led us on a fun and safe adventure. We had a great time kayaking and exploring, spotting a variety of critters along the way. Thanks to Salvatore's keen eye, we were lucky enough to see an American juvenile eagle and a herd of amazing long horned elk. It was a beautiful experience and I highly recommend this tour!
