Visited Du-Par's Restaurant & Bakery for the first time and tried the meatloaf plate. The portions were generous, and it truly tasted like home-cooked comfort food. However, the experience was marred by the server, who was rather disengaged and lacked enthusiasm. Such service might deter a repeat visit. The design of the place could also use some improvement, as it doesn’t quite capture the charm found at the Grove location in LA. Additionally, when inquiring about the corn beef being "homemade" as the menu suggested, there was initially an incorrect response. After checking, it turned out to be canned. It would be better to simply provide honest answers rather than making assumptions.
This was one of the best dining experiences ever! The atmosphere was trendy and unique, the food was incredibly delicious, and the service was outstanding. We celebrated a special occasion and truly felt pampered! Finally experiencing Gordon Ramsay's cuisine was a dream come true, and it did not disappoint! Trying Beef Wellington for the first time here was worth the wait—it exceeded expectations! The steak was thoroughly enjoyed as well, and the potato puree was delightful! Make sure to save room for dessert! They aren't exaggerating when they say the sticky toffee pudding is award-winning. It's genuinely one of the best desserts ever tasted! While the price is on the higher side, it's worth every penny!
We visited for an early dinner and were impressed by the extensive menu and delicious dishes. The dining area is quite spacious, offering both indoor and outdoor seating options. There's a wide selection of dishes available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all served in generous portions. We started with the "Stacked Chicken Quesadilla" as an appetizer and chose the "Crispy Fish and Chip" and "Chicken Parmesan" as our main courses. The food was very tasty, and we ended up with plenty of leftovers. One area for improvement could be the service, as there were moments when it took a while to get our server's attention to place orders or request water.
Aloha Specialties is a must-visit for authentic Hawaiian fare in Las Vegas. You'll find plenty of islanders and Filipino patrons here, which is a good sign of its authenticity. If you're around the Fremont Street area, this spot is perfect for breakfast or lunch. I tried the local plate featuring teriyaki beef, chicken, and musubi, accompanied by a delicious macaroni salad. The setup is simple: line up to order, then grab a table. It's conveniently located on the second floor of the California Hotel and Casino. Enjoy a satisfying meal and take the opportunity to explore the Fremont Street experience and nearby attractions. Just be aware that this is downtown.
Zuma in Las Vegas is undoubtedly one of the finest Japanese restaurants you'll ever visit. The atmosphere exudes a cool, contemporary vibe, complemented by exceptional service. The culinary offerings are truly extraordinary. Just when you think you've experienced all that Japanese cuisine has to offer, Zuma delivers a delightful surprise. It's now firmly in our top three favorite dining spots in Vegas. An outstanding experience all around.
Our experience at Golden Gate in Las Vegas was mixed. We were unexpectedly disturbed twice before 10 a.m. by maintenance requests we hadn't made. Housekeeping rarely cleaned our room, prompting us to tidy up and make the beds ourselves. On the one occasion they did come, they neglected to empty the trash or replace used towels. We also had a "wellness check" even though we hadn't been in the room for over a day. Two staff members knocked insistently and claimed otherwise, which seemed unnecessary given our time spent outside. The view of Fremont Street was impressive. If your room is near the stage, earplugs are available, though you'll need to retrieve them yourself. Music plays until 4 a.m. and starts again at 8 a.m., catering to those who enjoy late nights. It's a fantastic spot for New Year’s festivities.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all served in generous portions. Stopped by for a quick meal during a visit to the MGM Bellagio casino and was impressed with this small spot. It offers a wide variety of authentic Asian cuisine. The atmosphere is fairly relaxed, but the service could use some improvement. The initial server mixed up our orders and forgot some items. We had to get the attention of other staff members to receive our complete meal. When it was time to pay, our server briefly returned, placed the card machine on the table, and then disappeared.
