During my time in Las Vegas, I frequented Cafe Belle Madeleine several times. The resort doesn't offer many cold brew coffee options, but this cafe quickly became my go-to spot. The service was impressively speedy each time I stopped by. Alongside coffee, they also serve delicious pastries and sandwiches, plus there are convenient grab-and-go items in their refrigerators. I discovered that adding half and half is complimentary, so I usually skipped asking for milk alternatives. Just head to the beverage station in the corner to add it yourself and save some money. My cold brew with vanilla flavoring was priced under $10, and I found its strength and taste truly satisfying. I also tried their seasonal blackberry tea, which was wonderfully refreshing. Overall, this cafe was my favorite choice during my stay at Paris.

This destination is perfect for inquisitive visitors. The butterfly exhibit is a highlight, providing a mesmerizing, close-up encounter with these graceful insects, sure to captivate both children and adults. Another must-see is the flash flood demonstration, a thrilling and educational display of nature's power that leaves a lasting impression. For those sweltering desert days, the splash pads offer a refreshing retreat. Children—and the young at heart—can enjoy the cool bursts of water, making it a favorite on hot days. Throughout the preserve, educational panels and interactive stations transform learning into an exciting journey—no need for traditional classroom materials. Insider tip: consider investing in a season pass. With so much to explore, it quickly pays off after a few visits. Whether you're visiting or residing nearby, Springs Preserve is a wonderful place for discovery, relaxation, and family fun.
