Blue Ribbon Brasserie in Las Vegas turned out to be an unexpected gem at the Cosmopolitan. It came recommended during a recent visit, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere exudes class, and the service was commendable. I decided to try the Steamed Live Maine Lobster, which was incredibly moist and tender, prepared to perfection. The cocktails were equally impressive. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and I will certainly return. Blue Ribbon Brasserie is definitely a spot worth checking out.
I spent a night at Paris in Las Vegas and wished I could have extended my stay. The hotel boasts stunning aesthetics both inside and out. Front desk service was top-notch. My room offered a great view, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, easily accommodating multiple people, and the shower was quite luxurious. I highly recommend booking a stay here.
My companion and I visited Beerhaus for a few drinks before attending a concert at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. The interior of Beerhaus is quite pleasant and very clean, including the restrooms. We took seats at the bar, and although it took a few minutes to place our first drink order, the atmosphere inside was delightful. The friendly folks from Texas, who were also heading to the concert, added to the enjoyable vibe. The staff at Beerhaus were welcoming and friendly, though the service at the bar could have been slightly quicker, given there weren't many patrons. It wasn't a major issue since we were on vacation, enjoying our conversation with our new Texan friends. Interestingly, we discovered that our new friends from Texas were seated near us at the concert. We all agreed to meet back at Beerhaus afterward, laughing and having a great time as we walked there together. To our surprise, the bar was closed when we arrived, a bit before 11:00 PM on a Friday night. Shocked, our group decided to take the Deuce to Fremont Street to continue our fun, as we were all staying downtown. Our group grew from two to ten, all eager to extend the night’s enjoyment. This seemed like a missed opportunity for Beerhaus, potentially losing out on a significant amount of business. Overall, Beerhaus is a fantastic venue in a prime location. However, it would benefit from extending its hours during peak events like hockey and football games or other events at the T-Mobile Arena.
La Creperie in Las Vegas is a pretty cool spot. While I was nearby, I decided to pop in for a quick bite. The place has a cozy atmosphere, with impressive artwork adorning the walls. I tried the Mediterranean crepe with a side of bacon, and it was delicious! The portion size was just right—not too overwhelming but satisfying. The coffee was quite good and reasonably priced. I'd definitely visit again and explore more of their menu.
Claim Jumper at Golden Nugget in Las Vegas offers above-average comfort food with exceptionally friendly staff. Visited during a quiet period on a Saturday around 4:30 pm, and tried the chicken sandwich—absolutely delicious and highly recommended. On a subsequent visit, the tri-tip dip surpassed expectations with tender marinated beef and fresh, soft French bread. The restaurant boasts a spacious dining room, and parking ticket validation is available for those parked in the garage.
Whenever in need of a quick or casual bite, this spot is a go-to choice. The restaurant is spacious, often bustling with activity, which can make it quite noisy. While service may occasionally be slow, the waitstaff works diligently to keep up and is always very helpful. The experiences here have been consistently positive. Prices are quite reasonable for Las Vegas. The giant map of the USA and large postcards create a fun atmosphere. There's a gourmet donut and pastry shop at the entrance, and you can conveniently order from it while at your table. Donuts to-go are a frequent purchase. It's consistently a solid 4-star experience overall.
Enjoyed a delightful lunch with remarkably flavorful and expertly prepared pasta. The lumachi pasta with ragu was comforting and delicious, while the steak tartare also stood out. The portions are generous, and the ambiance is beautiful. Definitely planning a return visit for dinner.
