Ellis Island BBQ in Las Vegas is definitely one of the top spots for BBQ enthusiasts. The food is served promptly, especially if you're ordering from the BBQ menu. Located right in the middle of the casino and close to other lively venues featuring karaoke and contests, the atmosphere is vibrant and energetic, though it can get a bit noisy at times. The BBQ sauce is flavorful and offered on the side, while the garlic bread comes perfectly toasted without being too hard. The service is delightful and attentive, with servers consistently refilling drinks. It's important to note that checks cannot be split here, so it's one check per table. The prices on the BBQ menu are quite reasonable considering the generous portion sizes. Highly recommend checking it out.
We visited Gallagher’s Steakhouse for the first time last night, and it was an incredible experience! Without a reservation, we only waited about 20 minutes, and received a convenient text when our table was ready. We were seated in a more intimate section of the restaurant, which was quieter, had less foot traffic, and no celebrity photos on the walls—ideal for a relaxed dining experience. The highlight of the evening was our server, Scott. It’s refreshing to be served by someone who truly loves their job, and Scott’s passion for his work was evident. His exceptional service, great personality, and sense of humor made the night unforgettable. He even created a custom drink called "Toes in the Sand," which was absolutely delicious! We also want to thank Edwin for being incredibly attentive and ensuring our cups were never empty. The staff's teamwork and dedication left a lasting impression. Besides the outstanding service, the food was phenomenal. The steak was cooked to perfection—easily one of the best! And the mashed potatoes? Hands down, the best ever. So creamy, so delicious—they’re unforgettable! To add to an already wonderful evening, we had the pleasure of sitting next to a delightful gentleman named Joe, whose company was an unexpected highlight. If you’re considering Gallagher’s, don’t hesitate—go for it! You won’t regret it. We'll definitely be back and will be requesting Scott when we do!
We were on the lookout for some authentic Chinese cuisine and decided to try this restaurant located in the Palazzo. Typically, I opt for the Won Ton Mien, and I must say, it is perhaps one of the best I've had in the area. The won tons are generously stuffed and bursting with flavor, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. This place ticks all the boxes. I can confidently say it's far superior to the other noodle spot at their sister property. It's worth making the extra effort to visit here if you're in search of great Chinese food. If you love
Bobby’s Burgers at the Paris Hotel in Vegas is absolutely incredible! 🍔🔥 Service is super quick, and the food is cooked exactly as ordered—no burger blunders here. 👏 Everyone tried different burgers, and each one was a hit. 🏆 The ranch? A garlic lover's dream. 🧄😍 And the Bobby sauce? Perfection. 💋 The only downside? The seating situation leaves much to be desired. 😅 Limited spots, and the view isn't particularly impressive. But if you're craving an amazing burger and don't mind searching for a seat, this place is definitely worth a visit! 🎰🍔
Fantastic sports bar located in a non-smoking hotel. Visited during the AFC/NFC Conference Championships and was impressed by the lively atmosphere and delicious food. The servers were friendly and provided excellent service. It's definitely a spot I'd return to for future sporting events. The $7.77 Happy Hour food menu is a highlight, although it would be great if the drinks were priced lower than $7.77 during happy hour.
Visited Market Street Cafe in the early hours of the morning, around 3-4 am, and experienced a 45-minute wait to get in. Despite the wait, it was well worth it. The oxtail soup was incredible, with a generous serving and rich flavors. The standout surprise was the steak, which might just be the best I've ever tasted. It had a perfectly dark brown exterior with grill marks and a tender, juicy interior. This spot is highly recommended at any hour, especially since they are open 24/7!
Recently visited Margaritaville in Las Vegas and found the food to be just okay, nothing particularly standout. However, the drinks were exceptional, perhaps the best experienced during the entire stay in Vegas, capturing that perfect beach vibe. The atmosphere was fantastic, filled with ships, whales, and birds, making it an ideal spot for families with so much to see. The service was also impressive; the waiter was very attentive, ensuring that drinks were always topped up quickly.
I had the pleasure of dining at Stanton Social Prime in Las Vegas today. Having had a late lunch and not feeling too hungry, I initially planned to keep it light. However, I've always been curious about this spot at Caesars Palace, so I decided to give it a try. I sampled the mushroom tacos, and they were incredible! I also indulged in the Strawberry Blond milkshake, which was as fantastic as promised—definitely a house special. The milkshake was entirely edible and perfectly chilled, just the way I like it. Looking forward to my next visit, I'm eager to explore their meat offerings, which I expect to be exceptional. Steve provided excellent service, giving insightful menu explanations and ensuring a wonderful experience. I'm definitely returning to explore their seafood and lamb dishes!
Currently staying at Mandalay Bay and finding several aspects quite disappointing. The towels have an unpleasant musty or mildewy odor, something never encountered at a resort before. It's important to be cautious with the mini bar and snack box, as moving anything incurs a charge. Additionally, you can't place personal beverages in the room's fridge, an unusual policy. The in-room coffee comes at a hefty $16, and bottled water is priced at $24, both unreasonably high. The promised beautiful view is marred by a dirty window, and while the website highlights the beach and pool, the beach is closed in winter, and the pools are also not available. The resort's location, at the very end of the strip, might be inconvenient for those looking to explore all that Las Vegas offers. Consider alternative accommodations for a more satisfying experience.
I first stayed at the Hilton at Resorts World in Las Vegas soon after it opened and received an upgrade to a suite on one of the top floors. I've been a fan ever since and have returned multiple times. It's one of my preferred destinations when visiting Las Vegas. Located on the north part of the Strip, the resort offers numerous excellent dining choices, especially in the food court, which features a variety of Asian cuisine and restaurants. The convention center is impressive, and my company has hosted several events in the hotel's ballroom and conference center. We always have a great experience. 🤠
