If you're planning to spend time on Fremont, this hotel is in an awesome location and just a quick cab ride to the Strip. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfy, and the AC worked well. The rates were good, even on Friday and Saturday. I would stay here again without a doubt; it's better than any of the hotels I've stayed at on the Strip. However, the elevators seemed to have a lot of issues—only one of three was working during my stay, so the wait for the elevator was sometimes quite long.
Chose this restaurant for the view and wasn't disappointed! We've dined here twice—once for a special anniversary and again because we loved our first experience. 😊 Both times, we made reservations in advance to guarantee a table, and the service was consistently excellent. I ordered the chicken parmigiana on both occasions, and it was quite good—though it’s said my homemade version is slightly better, I found it to be very close. While I can’t recall the exact dishes we tried, we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The portions were very generous, leaving us both fully satisfied. The tiramisu was also exceptionally filling and delicious! We’re likely to return on our next visit.
What can I say? This place has it all—stunning views, a cozy atmosphere, and a relaxing vibe. Visiting around sunset was a highlight, as the light made our drinks and food look even more enticing. It's the perfect spot for a laid-back evening with friends and engaging conversations. Whether you prefer a secluded nook, a comfy couch, or a table with a fantastic view of The Strip, this lounge caters to all. Ideal for dates or hanging out with friends, regardless of the occasion.
The service at SUSHISAMBA in Las Vegas was exceptional, and the food was simply delicious! Booking a reservation online ensured we were seated immediately upon arrival. To celebrate our anniversary, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary dessert. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.
The soup broth was delightful. Unfortunately, the pig intestines had an unpleasant odor, indicating poor preparation. The Iberico pork collar was surprisingly tough. On a positive note, the lamb shoulders and appetizers were excellent. Exceptional service and a fantastic atmosphere elevated the experience, but the overall value of the food was lacking.
We had a short stay at Gold Coast, but our experience was absolutely wonderful. The hotel staff were truly amazing. We interacted with two different receptionists who were both beyond friendly, helpful, and professional. Our room was comfortable and clean. Lastly, and most importantly, a treasured piece of clothing was left behind, and they shipped it back! THANK YOU Gold Coast staff, I will forever sing your praises.
The Waldorf Astoria in Las Vegas is indeed a beautiful hotel, though the room rates and dining options are on the expensive side, which is why I've rated it 3 stars overall. The location is fantastic, and the housekeeping service is excellent, although you do need to request vacuuming specifically. The front desk staff is helpful, but at times it seemed like repeated reminders were necessary. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable.
I participated in the In n Out charity tournament on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. The weather that day was absolutely perfect for golf, and the course conditions were excellent. The greens were fast and smooth, the fairways well-maintained, and most of the tee boxes were in great shape. Although the resort is a bit of a drive from town, it’s definitely worth the trip!
