Wow! So impressed with this area! From music to photography and traditional to modern, the number and diversity of artistic works at Arts Factory was mind blowing. Also met several of the artists themselves and they were all extremely friendly.
Ate there twice, good breakfast food and lots of options on the menu. It's also large enough that they got us in pretty quick. The food was average and the food but not bad for the price. We would probably stop in again if we needed something quick and easy.
Greg was awesome on our Grand Canyon Tour. He was always doing his best to make sure everyone was comfortable and we got to make several bonus stops along the way. I would certainly recommend any of their tours to anyone visiting Las Vegas.
Excellent service. Food was above average and enjoyable, but nothing spectacular. Definitely one of the better places to eat at Mandalay Bay. Extremely overpriced for the volume of food per dish. Mood and ambiance was nice. Booths very cozy.
Started nearly an hour late, and then they told us that due to scheduling error they put the Gospel Brunch in an alternative venue where everyone was assigned different seating than what they paid for. We were put at a bar stool along a railing when we paid for a private table. We left and got a refund which they quickly provided to their credit, but we will never go back based on how mismanaged it was.
We didn't want to leave the room for lunch today. So hubs went down and got us this. The salad was huge! Full of toppings and the ranch is delicious. The cheesy potato tots were the best thing. They are like hash browns, packed with cheese then formed and deep fried. Hands down I'd go back just for them. Overall very good and price is reasonable.
The place is nice, but there was no personal touch or VIP treatment. You pay for service up front and an automatic tip of 20% is added before you have even had a treatment. While I was there, the steam room was not working and there was no mention of this when I made the reservation.
