The Buffet at Bellagio in Las Vegas is well-known and I wanted to share my experience. The french toast was dry and cold, and some of the food was cold because it had been sitting out for a while. My friends enjoyed the seafood while I liked the pesto sauce, pasta, and delicious macaroons.
The intimate setting at SkyBar in Las Vegas offers a beautiful view of the strip. The entrance is inviting and the atmosphere is sexy. The lounge is clean, classy, and upscale, with great service and perfectly crafted cocktails. The complimentary popcorn served with drinks is a nice touch. This is a highly recommended spot for a chill date night or a night out with friends. The environment is not noisy, allowing for easy conversation without having to raise your voice.
Our dining experience at Hell's Kitchen was truly outstanding. As a fan of Gordon Ramsay, I had high expectations which were not only met, but exceeded. The staff was friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The scallops were cooked to perfection and paired wonderfully with the pea purée. Although the Beef Wellington was slightly under medium-rare, it was still tender and flavorful. The standout dish for me was the sticky toffee pudding, with its delicious cinnamon flavor complemented by the ice cream. Our server went above and beyond, even treating us to an extra dessert. Overall, Hell's Kitchen is a fantastic restaurant with exceptional service and food. A definite must-visit if you find yourself in Vegas.
The pedicure service at Oleksandra Spa & Salon at Treasure Island was top-notch. Elizabeth provided exceptional service with her sweet and helpful demeanor. She truly went above and beyond, and I was extremely satisfied with the attention to detail. Thank you for making my entire trip!
The Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve in Las Vegas is a tranquil oasis where you can unwind surrounded by nature. Despite its proximity to the airport, the peaceful atmosphere makes it easy to forget about the planes passing by. With 8 mini lakes and 5 miles of walking paths, including boardwalks and paved areas, there is plenty to explore. Bird watchers and photographers will appreciate the elevated observation deck and shaded hides with camera ports for capturing elusive bird species. While it may not have hundreds of bird species, this migratory and resident-bird nature preserve offers a serene escape without the need for extensive travel or strenuous hiking. It's the perfect spot for nature lovers to appreciate the beauty of the local wildlife.
I had a great experience at The Spa At Green Valley Ranch. I booked a massage for my partner and a Hydro facial for myself. My aesthetician, Nikki, was fantastic. She had a warm and welcoming energy, making me feel comfortable right away. The facial was relaxing and informative. I will definitely be returning to this spa. Even if you're not staying at the resort, I highly recommend visiting the spa if you're in the area. The facilities are top-notch but they do book up quickly, so plan ahead.
During a recent business trip, I decided to treat myself to a day pass at Nurture Spa located in Luxor. The $30 pass was well worth it as I was already staying at the hotel. The massage I received was fantastic and I also enjoyed spending time in the dry sauna. There was plenty of space in the sauna and the two electric heaters kept it at a comfortable temperature. I alternated between the sauna and the cold plunge, which was a refreshing experience. I appreciated that the spa had separate areas for men and women, and once inside, clothing was optional. The steam sauna was another highlight of my visit, as it produced a lot of steam. After my spa experiences, I was able to relax in the hot tub and then use the complimentary toiletries provided for showering and shaving. The high-quality robes added to the luxurious experience. The receptionist at the front desk did a great job of keeping the spa stocked and in excellent condition. Overall, my visit to Nurture Spa at Luxor was a rejuvenating and enjoyable experience.
I recently had the opportunity to take a helicopter tour with Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From beginning to end, the tour was nothing short of fantastic. Our pilot was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. His professionalism and love for flying shone through, ensuring that everyone felt safe and at ease throughout the journey. The flight itself was awe-inspiring, providing breathtaking views of the desert landscape and the magnificent Grand Canyon. Landing on the canyon floor was a surreal moment, accompanied by a delightful champagne toast. Our pilot shared interesting facts about the canyon's history and geology, making the experience both educational and entertaining. The return journey was equally thrilling, as we soared above the dazzling lights of the Vegas strip, offering a unique perspective of the city's famous landmarks from above. The tour was well worth the money, offering a perfect mix of adventure, luxury, and natural beauty. I highly recommend this helicopter tour to anyone seeking a remarkable way to experience the Grand Canyon. It's an adventure that will create lasting memories, and our pilot's exceptional flying skills and friendly personality made it even more special. Don't miss out on this incredible experience with Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters!
The Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas can be quite loud, as is expected in Vegas. Unfortunately, the construction quality is subpar, making it difficult to find rest in your room with noise from neighboring rooms and above. Despite the lack of sleep, the rooms themselves are spacious and nicely decorated with a nice view of Vegas. The staff is friendly, but don't expect typical Hilton service due to the Vegas atmosphere. The mattresses are worn and soft, causing discomfort during sleep. There are no sunbeds in the shade by the pool, making it uncomfortable during hot days. However, the prices are fair, and the property is clean and well-maintained. Overall, it's a decent option with a rating of 3 stars.
Salt & Ivy Cafe lived up to its reputation with their famous salmon Dutch pancake. The combination of smoked salmon, crème fraiche, and tobiko was a delicious and satisfying dish. The addition of maple syrup added a unique sweet and savory aspect to the meal. We also enjoyed their juice blends, Patio Crusher and Morning Workouts, which complemented our food well. Keep in mind that Salt & Ivy does not take reservations, so be prepared to wait, especially during busy mornings in Vegas. The servers may be overwhelmed, so expect some delays in getting your food and drinks. Despite this, our overall brunch experience was enjoyable and the food was definitely memorable.
Chica in Las Vegas offers unbelievably tasty food that is an amazing option for Breakfast and Brunch. Located inside Venetian Casino, it may be a bit on the expensive side but is definitely worth it. The French toast is out of this world and the veggie tacos are delicious. Don't forget to order some chips and salsa, both taste homemade and the red salsa will keep you coming back for more.
