Absolutely terrible service at Centrifuge Lounge. The waitress we had, who happened to be Asian, was extremely rude and close to kicking us out for no reason at all. We definitely won't be returning and they seriously need to improve their training for their staff.
Arriving at the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas at 1a.m. to check in for a weekend reservation, we were initially pleased with our room until we discovered some issues. The bathroom fan was hanging from the ceiling and making a terrible noise, there was a large gash in the tub, and the water was not draining properly. Despite trying to contact the front desk, we faced difficulties with the room phone not working properly. After speaking with staff at the front desk, we were assured that the maintenance issues would be addressed while we were out. However, upon returning, we found that the problems were not completely resolved. For the price we paid, we expected everything to be in proper working order. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of our expectations.
I disagree with most of the negative reviews here. The rooms at OYO were perfectly adequate for the price. Don't expect luxury, but they were clean and comfortable. Just be sure not to smoke in the rooms to avoid extra cleaning fees. The staff was friendly and helpful during my stay. The main downside was the elevators - only one was working properly. The tubs in the bathrooms could use some updating, but they were still functional for a quick shower. The bed was comfortable and other fixtures were in good condition. Some furniture had minor dings, but it didn't bother me. I checked for bedbugs with a flashlight and found no signs of them. Overall, I had a great stay at OYO. The location is convenient and the price was right.
Recently had a work dinner at 90 Ninety Bar + Grill and I highly recommend it! The server was fantastic, always making sure our drinks were topped off and was very friendly. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was nice and well decorated, and there were plenty of TVs to watch the game. The prices were also very reasonable.
During my trip to Las Vegas, booking a tour with Adventure Photo Tours was the highlight. Bryce Canyon and Zion mountains were both incredibly beautiful. Our driver Marcus made the experience even more enjoyable by ensuring our safety, keeping us hydrated, and providing entertainment. I highly recommend booking this trip as it is truly worth it. You will be amazed and grateful for the experience.
Bailiwick in Las Vegas offers well-priced food in generous portions. The restaurant has a clean, modern, and welcoming atmosphere with a cute robot that serves your food. The servers are friendly and the prime rib is huge for the price, although it may be somewhat bland. The steak and shrimp dish is tasty, but the mashed potatoes seem to be instant. The drinks are strong and the overall experience is enjoyable.
While Mr. Chow in Las Vegas was not the standout location, the food was decent. We tend to stick to our usual order no matter which location we visit: chicken satay, shrimp fried rice, fiery beef, walnut shrimp, vermicelli with lobster, and a lychee martini.
The Holo Holo bar is open once again as of March 20, but my experience was mixed. Unfortunately, they were out of many bar items such as ingredients for an Old Fashioned or Moscow Mule. Although they were low on supplies, they did have a good selection of beer available. I settled for a Gin and Tonic, but they were out of limes. Despite these hiccups, the bartender was friendly and accommodating, which helped make up for the shortcomings. Give them some time to get back up to speed.
, I was disappointed by the quality of the Jack and Coke I ordered at Excalibur Lobby Bar. It was the weakest one I have ever had. The atmosphere was fine and the service was good, but the drink itself was a letdown. I hope they can improve the strength of their cocktails in the future.
