Fantastic Place, Amazing Staff! There are several tasty snack options available: today, we tried the stadium nachos, the classic burger with pepper jack cheese, and a delicious corn dog with fries. Everything was fresh, hot, and perfectly crisp and crunchy! Highly recommended for all french fry enthusiasts! π€πΌπ₯
The food at Sun's Out Buns Out in Las Vegas was quite enjoyable, and the restaurant itself boasts a charming ambiance. We sampled the short rib sandwich and the avocado toast. While the avocado toast was a tad on the soft and soggy side, the short rib sandwich was impressive, with a generous amount of short rib piled on top. The prices are on the higher end but align with typical fast-casual dining costs in Las Vegas.
We arrived as a group of five, running 17 minutes behind schedule, and initially faced some difficulty with entry. After requesting to speak with a manager, they agreed to accommodate us. The presentation of the nine-course meal was impressive, but the flavors were unusual and overly complex, leaving most of us unable to finish our dishes. The steak and duck were enjoyable, and the desserts were satisfactory. Overall, it was a decent meal, but with a $2,000 check, returning is not on the agenda.
We were attended by an experienced server who delivered an impressive sales pitch. While I was excited about enjoying a fine steak, my experience was somewhat mixed. The food took a considerable amount of time to arrive, likely due to a busy night. I ordered the rib eye, which was slightly tougher than anticipated; the dry-aged option might have been a better choice. The shareable sides were decent, and for our group of six, two out of the three sides were sufficient alongside the main dishes, providing more than enough food. Overall, I expected a bit more, although the portions were generous and the wine pairing suggestions were excellent.
La Creperie in Las Vegas offers an experience reminiscent of Disney without the rides. It feels like stepping into a charming, idealized version of Paris, enjoying street food in a delightful setting. The crepes are delicious, with a wide variety of options available. It's a bit of a challenge to find, requiring a five to ten-minute search due to the lack of signage. Each crepe costs $15, but they're generously sized and perfect for sharing between two people. It's a fun breakfast spot for those in the vicinity.
The highlight of my trip to Las Vegas was dining at Best Friend Restaurant. Opting for the chef's menu, every dish served from beef to chicken, sides to dessert, and shrimp was absolutely stunning. The slushie was a standout, although quite strong. The decor is fantastic, and while it's a bit loud for quiet conversations, the vibe is undeniably cool.
