I went bowling with friends at Red Rock Lanes on a Saturday night. Overall, my experience was enjoyable. There were a couple of unexpected issues that arose, such as a dog being allowed in and causing a disturbance, as well as a spill that needed to be cleaned up next to us. However, the team working there quickly resolved these problems, which was impressive. On the positive side, the bowling computer system was user-friendly, there were plenty of balls available, and the drinks were well made. The video game area was clean, as were the bathrooms. The prices were a bit high and the music was loud, which was not to my liking. However, I am not a regular bowler. Red Rock Lanes is a good choice for a fun outing with friends and family, though. Just make sure to park in the West garage to avoid a long walk.
I recently played the Palm course at Angel Park Golf Club and found it to be in excellent condition. While the greens had recently been aerated and weren't perfect, it was still a great experience. The green fees are very reasonable, especially if you can find a daily deal. The pro shop offers a wide selection of apparel and the staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. I look forward to returning to play at Angel Park Golf Club again in the future.
During a recent trip to Las Vegas, we stopped by Springs Preserve and were pleasantly surprised by all it had to offer. The views were stunning, the museums were informative, and the natural habitat was a refreshing change of pace. We enjoyed riding the trains, exploring the replica old town, and learning about the area's history. The on-site cafe was a convenient option for lunch, although slightly pricey as is common at attractions. If you're looking for a fun and unique off-strip experience, be sure to check out Springs Preserve.
The drinks were fantastic and the food was impressive at Jaleo in Las Vegas. We tried a variety of appetizers and small plates along with our drinks, and everything was delicious. The bartender, Kathy, was excellent and deserves recognition. This restaurant is a must-try if you're in Vegas. The ambience is also top-notch.
